Welcome to a charming holiday apartment on the first floor of a historic country house! This inviting accommodation can accommodate 1 to 4 people and covers approximately 70 square meters. With its lovingly restored half-timbered construction and light-filled rooms that welcome the sun from morning to evening, it is the perfect place for your relaxing holiday.
The location couldn't be better.
Located in the idyllic village center, you are just steps away from scenic hiking and biking trails. In just a few minutes, you can reach the train station, the Rewe shopping center, banks, the post office, doctors, a bowling alley with a beer garden, a swimming pool, and numerous other shops.
You can park your car directly at the house free of charge. If you arrive by train, the holiday apartment is just a 6-minute walk away.
The apartment:
The cozy living room features an additional sofa bed with a comfortable sleep function, which transforms into a high-quality bed in an instant. A satellite TV offers a wide selection of programs, while a radio with a CD player, board games, and several books provide entertainment. Relax in one of the reading chairs in the living room or bedroom and use the free Wi-Fi.
Next to the living room, you'll find an open-plan kitchen with a vintage wood-burning stove, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a high-quality permanent sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room. From the bedroom, you'll reach the newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower and large windows. A washing machine is located in the boiler room in the adjoining hallway.
Benches and chairs in the garden in front of the house and in the pleasant backyard invite you to linger. You're also welcome to bring your four-legged friend – if well-behaved, your dog is welcome! Please note that smoking is prohibited in the apartment and throughout the house; However, ashtrays are available outside.
The bedding is washable and hypoallergenic, as it is designed without feather filling. Since the apartment is on the first floor and accessible only by stairs, it is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
