We had a wonderful week at Expectations Met!! What a beautiful home and perfect location! We especially loved the upper level with the giant open concept room, with its large tv with lots of streaming options, plenty of comfortable seating and attached sunroom. The outdoor area of this home is awesome with a huge pool, newer hot tub, volleyball net and hammock. My only small notes are that the pool could use a light in the pool itself and a safety rail for getting into the shallow end. Other than that this house was perfect and we hope to stay there again another time!!

Our family could not have asked for more
house was clean and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Our only problem was when we arrived on Saturday (traffic was horrible) we planned on cooking on the grill only to find out it was charcoal and we had none and had 5 hungry kids. We did leave a bag of charcoal for the next family 😊

Amazing Location, Great Price, Great Communication!

Communication was consistent and clear. While we didn't need to discuss anything with the property management during our stay, check-in and check-out instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze! * The location was amazing! Nestled in to a quiet community, with a straightforward walk to the oceanfront. Can't ask for more. * The property itself was fantastic! Excellent choice of bedrooms, the pool was clean and refreshing, the bottom floor felt like its own apartment, and the top floor was fantastic to hang out in. Nothing else to add - 5/5 stars, and looking forward to booking through them again in the future.

The location of the house was good
 nice short easy walk to beach. The house was a little dated for me, clean on the surface but could use a little bit of a deeper clean and some basic household items replaced. We did love the layout of the house, and the pool was fantastic. Great having a bedroom on the 1st floor.

Nice house, decent location

The house was good, living area on the top floor. The outside needs some upkeep. It rained all week and water got inside multiple times, but nothing unmanageable. Beaches were nice, short walk to the beach.
