Welcome to your stylish home away from home – in the heart of Gehrden, where tranquility, space, and design come together in perfect harmony. This spacious 110 m² apartment combines elegant comfort with thoughtful functionality – ideal for business travelers, families, or groups of friends looking for something special.

The four separate bedrooms offer plenty of privacy and space for up to nine adults. Two additional high-comfort folding beds with 22 cm thick mattresses are available if needed. For our youngest guests, a baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

The open-plan living area, filled with natural light, invites you to relax, read, or enjoy time together. Directly connected is a spacious designer kitchen with a cooking island and high-quality appliances – perfect for shared cooking and dining experiences.

A thoughtful addition: two electrically height-adjustable desks allow you to work comfortably either sitting or standing. Whether focused in home office mode or casually exchanging ideas with colleagues – everyone will find their place here.

Restful sleep is ensured not only by the high-quality beds but also by the quiet location of the building, which houses only medical practices and private residences. For larger groups, in addition to the private bathroom with a shower, there is a separate public toilet directly adjacent to the apartment – a practical solution for extra convenience. Please note that the additional WC does not have a shower.

Access to the apartment is easy via elevator, making luggage transport effortless. Check-in is flexible and contactless via PIN code. And your car is well taken care of – with a private parking space directly at the building.

The location is ideal: within just five minutes on foot you’ll reach supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and pharmacies. A bus stop is also within walking distance and provides quick connections to Hanover and the surrounding area. The nearest train station is only an 8-minute drive away and offers direct routes to Hanover Airport and the main train station. The KRH Clinic Gehrden with emergency services is just a five-minute drive – ideal for companions of patients or clinic visitors.

This apartment is also a hidden gem for trade fair visitors: the Hanover Messe is easily accessible thanks to excellent transport links, without sacrificing peace and comfort.
