Rarely open for new bookings: Beach Home Away from Home

Our family lives in the Orlando area. New Smyrna Beach has always been a favorite vacation spot for us. Now we are delighted to have a home there and to be able to share it with you.

We understand the importance of time away as a family! We hope you will enjoy Our New Smyrna Beach House house as much as we do.

New Smyrna Beach is a special place. It has wide beaches with beautiful white sand. It has some of the best surfing in Florida. It has a quaint shopping/dining area on Flagler Avenue. It is the beach of choice for many people from Orlando. So, of all the east coast beaches, New Smyrna is where we knew we really wanted to be.

For us, it is important that once we get to our beach house that we do not have to get in the car again. One of the reasons that we picked this house because it is walking distance to everything that you need. The beach is a short 4 minute walk down the street. The grocery store and small shopping center with several restaurants is just as close. The Flagler Avenue area is exactly one mile away.

Another aspect of this property that we really like is that the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open. It gives you a nice spacious feel even when you have a group of people there.

Lastly, Pam and I hope to eventually retire here to New Smyrna Beach; we just wish we could do it now!

Having vacationed in New Smyrna Beach for many years, we have experienced the vacation rental scene. Many places left a lot to be desired. And there were things we wanted to make sure our guests did not have to 'experience.'

We wanted nice comfortable beds that were as easy or better to sleep on than the ones at home. Good sheets, it amazing the difference that they make. We want luxury hotel quality bath towels, not ones that were threadbare. We wanted a kitchen that you could actually use. Appliances that were up to date and functional. Pots and pans that did not feel like they were bought at the dollar store. A table to eat at where the whole family could sit together. Most places we rented only had four chairs. And lots of parking. When we are at the beach, we like for our friends to come over and play as well. That means they need a place to park too.

We never used to be able to ride our bikes at the beach because we never had room to take them. The minivan would be full of beach toys, boogie boards, surfboards, umbrella, towels and more. Now, everything is already there for our (and your enjoyment): Large and soft beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, surf boards, bikes, rods & reels and tackle for surf fishing (that another think we never had room for). We have a blast with all this stuff and know that you will too.

We have tried to make staying at Our New Smyrna Beach House an exceptional experience. Our only problem is every time we go, we never want to leave!
