Located approximately 400 meters from its own swimming dock on Lake Sommen, this charming, over 100-year-old cottage offers a cozy retreat approximately 17 km south of Boxholm. The two-story house features a living area of about 100 m², accommodating up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a tiled stove, TV, and a sofa bed, alongside a modern kitchen equipped with a wood stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine is also situated on this level.

The upper floor includes a small living room area and two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, and the other with an 80 cm bunk bed and a 90 cm single bed. Essentials like internet access, furniture, and a grill are provided, but guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

The property boasts a charming outdoor area, located approximately 400 meters from a private swimming dock and boat launch on the expansive Sommen Lake, known for its numerous islands and fishing opportunities, including species like pike and trout. The house is set on an 800 m² natural plot, providing guests with garden furniture and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining experiences. Guests can also take advantage of two bicycles and a rowboat available for use. It is important to note that this outdoor area is for communal use.
