Pleine appartement 1BR comme hÎtellerie dessus du garage avec entrée privée fermée. Cuisine complÚte avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz. TV écran plat dans le salon. Superbe salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi. Lit queen dans la chambre et queen Frontgate Essential EZ lit pour quelques secondes si nécessaire (vérifier ces lits sur le Web). Wi-Fi inclus.

We really enjoyed this guest quarters. It was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location with an easy walk to the square (and the grove too). Our son who attends a different college surprised us with a visit so we ended up using the portable bed and it worked out great! Steve the owner was a nice gentleman as well. We would stay again.

Lovely place to stay!

Perfectly appointed apartment in such a great location, we loved our visit to Oxford. An easy short walk to the square, so our car remained parked all weekend! This beautiful, clean comfortable rental had everything we needed- including wonderful coffee!!

Great Location and Quiet

This is a great place to stay. Only a short walk to the square and an easy 30 minute walk to the football stadium. The quarters are very clean and quiet and everything you need is there for you.

Great Weekend Stay

This was our second stay here. Very comfortable and well maintained property. Love the location which is quiet but an easy walk to the square. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

Amazing Stay just of the Square

This garage apartment was a perfect space and location for our family of four to attend Parent's Weekend. The kids (11 + 15) managed with the perfect blow-up mattress and the kitchen is well stocked. The apartment was clean and the AC worked excellent on a hot weekend. We loved the location and were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely be thinking of staying at Tom and Carol's home again!

Oxford Weekend

Great visit to Oxford and Ole Miss. This garage apartment could not have been more perfect for our stay. Parked the car and hardly moved it. Hospitality of the owners was outstanding. We had everything we needed for the two of us. We'll be back if available on our next visit!

We are a retired and very active couple, who love Oxford and Ole Miss and want our guests to have a wonderful experience while visiting Oxford. Tom was a research professor at Ole Miss for 25 years; Carol was in small business in Columbia, Missouri before Tom brought her down to the little bit of heaven known as Oxford. We have grown children, an elderly cat, and a wonderful Bassett Hound who loves every living person and thing on this earth.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We built this guest quarters in 2013 primarily for visits of family and friends. It lives in a Historic Preservation District and matches the architecture of the main house, which was built in 1896. We think you will find it to be very charming.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The guest quarters are located just 3 blocks from the Oxford Square, which bustles with shopping, restaurants and night life. It is located on a second story and has a marvelous view of the old, heavily wooded neighborhood. It features an open living room/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings and hardwood (bamboo) floors, and has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The apartment is flooded with natural light during the day and provides privacy at night.
