The distance from the beaches of Versilia of only 7 km, makes it ideal for a seaside holiday - but with a priceless tranquility that only this place can offer.

The main activities, and the center of Pietrasanta, where you can shop - or simply eat in a good restaurant, are located 3 km from the villa.

Both the interiors and exteriors are very well-kept.
