Haus am Meer - Blick über Sylt

Small apartment in the center of the "Haus am Meer". A cozy small living- and bedroom with sofa bed. Fully-equipped kitchenette. Large balcony with a magnificent view over the island (8. Floor) - side of the land.

Small and cozy apartment with a living/bedroom, tastefully decorated and functional. You have to sleep on a sofa-bed, (each 80cm wide) color-SAT-TV, with DVD CD-player and a radio are available, as well as bath with shower and toilet. The kitchen, with all necessary devices, oven and microwave, egg boiler, dishwasher, espresso machine and enough crockery.

Unfortunately, no parking space is available. Your car can be in front of the house in the off-season for 2 € day in high season but to park only a short time (ticket required) alternative: Bus lines A and B, stop near the house and on the free Parking! Upon request I can give you a parking space.
Guests without cars to reach my apartment from the station on foot through the pedestrian zone Wilhem-Friedrichstrasse in about 10 minutes, with the city bus line A to station "Friedrichstraße West", which is right next to the house (leaving every day, except Sundays and holidays, on the hour from central bus station - Price per person € 190, or by taxi, price about 15 €.

Right from the house there are no 2 minutes to the central beach, with band shell was. No sunbathing weather? The left-hand side of the house begins Friedrichstaße. Here you can stroll, shop and in one of the many restaurants or bars again. The also takes no 2 minutes! The beach road and the Sylter Welle swimming pools are also not 2 minutes away..
