So, are you looking for a vacation getaway? This Condo is in Phase I on the 10th floor of the the Topaz Building -Ocean view - with an undisturbed view of the Sea of Cortez and the pools and lazy river view. The condo is fully furnished - the kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils needed. Electronic includes Flat Screen TV, in Living Room and bed room. BBQ's grills are provided & cleaned by Las Palomas. Free high speed Wifi provided in this Unit.

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a holiday with the family, or a week of fun with friends. It also makes an affordable gift retreat for a loved one (birthday's, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Honeymoon, etc).

Enjoy the stylish atmosphere of our spacious luxury 1 bedroom/1 bath condo overlooking the warm blue ocean of 'Sandy Beach.' . Las Palomas is one of the finest and largest resorts Rocky Point has to offer featuring an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, Negative-Edge Pools & Spas, Lazy Rivers, Swim-Up Bars, Kiddy Pools, Water Slide, Restaurants, Shops, Fitness Center, & much more!

As a guest you will receive the following services - daily maid service, set up account to charge to the room for Bars and Restaurants, 24/7 Front Desk Assistance. Beach Towel Service.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cusine Restaurant and NEW Las Maria Premium Hamburgers in Phase I, The Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries , Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is an fully equipped Exercise Room in Phase I and BBQ's throughout.

This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 100% Deposit of whole stay.
- Reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.
- All changes will have a $25.00 fee.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date
full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival NO Refund.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail.

Other:
- Check-In: After 4.00 pm.
- Check-Out: Before 11.00 am.

Awesome Condo

Place was clean, all amenities you need are available. The sofa bed could use a mattress replacement. Location was amazing, right next to elevator so not much walking if your bringing things up from your car or pool area. Communication was great and prompt. I would definitely book again!

I have stayed at a few of the condos on the beach in Rocky Point. This was my first time at Las Palomas. I will never go anywhere else. The beach was great, not rocky. Everything you need is there, you dont have to leave the property. Great service, friendly. Condo was great, fantastic view.

Photos of property were exact. Place was comfortable. The bed was superb. Sofas a little saggy. Kitchen was full of glassware and dishes. Sliding glass door works hard. This property is great for kids. Beach is clean and sandy, easy entrance to the ocean.I do feel this condo was expensive for an average condo. I found deals after I booked.

Just okay

The owner was amazing answered all my questions right away. The stay was just OK, check-in was horrible room wasn’t ready at 2:30 which is understandable we were there early, we were told to come back at 4pm, which we did and had to wait in line 25 minutes before I was helped, room wasn’t ready, told to come back at 5pm room was ready. Place was as described very nice, but only had one pan to cook in. It really is called the concrete jungle for a reason there is a lot of area to walk to get to the pool or the ocean, but the pool is very nice and we enjoyed the water aerobics class, but it was overly packed and crazy. I waited in line 15 minutes before being helped at the bar, Aldo our bartender was amazing and remembered our drinks! So overall not too bad of a stay.

I choose to purchase this unit for its uniqueness location in the ocean front Resort Las Palomas phase 1. The views are the most amazing and the unit stands literally steps away from the sand... I choose this resort because it is the only one on Sandy Beach that offers so many amenities for the entire family.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Rocky Point/ Puerto Penasco is a perfect getaway destination because of its location. We are located just about 45 mn drive from the USA border town of Lukeville Arizona. It is about 4 hours drive from either Phoenix or Tuscon. Rocky Point is growing at a fast speed, and now has a movie theather, a sam's club, an Auto Zone store...So much more is coming to Rocky Point, with the start of the construction before end of year of the pier for the cruise ships. Rocky Point will have its own arrival and departure port.
