OCEANFRONT, Coronado Building 1 bedroom phase 2 luxury condo, 7th floor, remodeled. Largest 1 bedroom floor plan 1140 square feet, at the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, the premier resort destination in Puerto Penasco, Mexico!

Accommodates up to 4 individuals with King Bed in Bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper in living room.
This beautifully remodeled furnished condo has a king sized bed in spacious bedroom with a 48”flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 65 inch Samsung flat screen TV, with satellite TV, in-house phone system. There is free wi-fi/ internet. Kitchen has granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, all utensils, glassware and cookware. There is a utility room with full sized washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and iron/ ironing board.
Private patio with great views of pools and ocean, facing west with spectacular SUNSET views!
Underground parking with elevator access direct to condominium entry.
Recent remodel by D’Calvino Design of Scottsdale, includes complete interior painting, custom feature wall, new baseboards and crown molding throughout; solid wood white kitchen cabinets, new appliances and upgraded kitchen sink and faucet. New designer furniture and high end electronics.

THE RESORT
Las Palomas Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea Of Cortez- also known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep, blue waters. The Links Golf Course at Las Palomas resort is designed by the prestigious golf course architects Forrest Richards and Arthur Jack Synder. It is a 72 Par 18-hole world class championship course. Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is the largest master planned community in Puerto Penasco.

RESORT AMENITIES

I've stayed at Phase II of Las Palomas before, and the place is pretty on par for what I was expecting with the property. It's modern, sleek, and the appliances and furniture are very nice. The pool and beach access is unbeatable. I still think Las Palomas is the best place to stay in Rocky Point. There were some details in the suite that was not ideal. The water heater was off when we got there, so we had to find the switch and then wait before getting in the shower. The wifi information was outdated so we had to figure that out. One of the remotes didn't have a battery. Some of the knobs on the doors and drawers were loose. It made a less than desired first impression when we drove in late at night hoping to get a quick shower and relax, but it wasn't too big of a deal.

I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO rental! The apartment itself is so cute, so well decorated, clean, and legitimately has everything you need to cook. It has a beautiful view of the pools/ocean and quick easy access to stairs/elevator. We will absolutely be booking this spot again!

Everything went so smoothly. The place was kept very clean. Beautiful view and easy access to the parking garage, pool and beach. The whole area of the resort was spotless. The people who worked there were so kind and helpful. The food was definitely better in town! But not terrible! Overall im impressed!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, the AC kept the room nice and cool, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had great hot water and we had fresh clean towels every day, with housekeeping taking great care of us. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the sunsets from the property were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!

Beauiful condo and location on resort

It was a nice condo. Just had major issues with the fridge after checking in, which killed our entire first night. The hotel maintenance was not properly fixing the fridge and communicating with the property manager wasn’t much help under the circumstances.

View was beautiful along with the condo. Bed super comfy. Unfortunately the pull out bed in the sofa sleeper was slanted and not super usable so we just slept on the couch. Management turned off the refrigerator and internet ( no fault of the owner) I had to go to concierge to have them fix it. They were supposed to text me when they figured out the issue. With the fridge not working it took 4 plus hours to get our food/drinks even slightly cool.Then our cards quit working so I again had to go downstairs to fix that. Note the phone didn't work in the room this so many trips to get stuff running. Again no fault of the owner. I have stayed at this property many times and I know sometimes it just doesn't go smooth. Lastly leaving I went to the front desk to get a cart to our room to pack our things( you can't just get one yourself) worker with the go carts and cart for luggage said he would be right up after getting my room number but NEVER showed up.No biggie. I may stay at this condo again but my first of 2 day stay was a bit of a hassle.Owner may want to tell management to leave fridge and internet on even if there is no guest prior to your stay. Owner may want to address the pull out queen sleeper bed. No ice maker was a bit inconvenient.Bed, bathroom, view really exceptional

The condo manager/owner was beyond nice! Condo was a little pricey, but I think everything in Las Palomas is pricey nowadays. Would definitely recommend!
