Completely renovated in 2022, this 3-bedroom bungalow is truly a picture. The bungalow is located on the edge of the popular park Eureka and offers beautiful views over the countryside. The lovely, quiet sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee is only 1.5 km away.

Layout
This spacious bungalow with no less than 100m2 living space has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 persons. There is a spacious living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and an indoor utility room. Around the bungalow is a large garden with lots of privacy. There is parking space for 2 cars. There is free Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new double bed with two single mattresses 80 x 200 cm with two single duvets. The second bedroom also has a double bed with two single 80 x 200 cm mattresses.  Here, too, there are two single duvets and a third bedroom has an Austrian bunk bed with mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm. There is plenty of wardrobe space in all bedrooms. All bedroom windows have fitted mosquito screens so you can enjoy an undisturbed night's sleep.

Bathroom
There is a fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin with mirror. The toilet is separate.

Living room and kitchen
The spacious living room, with 3-seater sofa, armchair and wicker chair has plenty of light with sunscreen glass on the south side. There is a PVC floor. There is a Smart TV with Dutch and some German TV channels. The new open kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave and spacious fridge with three large freezer drawers. A new washing machine is also available for guests. For coffee lovers, there is a choice between a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. All kitchen appliances are from 2023 .
From the kitchen table you have a beautiful view of the bulb fields in spring. The kitchen window has a mosquito screen.

Garden
The lovely large garden surrounding the house (400 m2) has a large lawn with several tiled terraces and various sunny and shady spots. Something for everyone. The garden offers a lot of privacy and is fully fenced. There is also a lockable shed where you will find garden cushions. (not suitable for bicycle storage)
