Our âStrandGUTâ vacation apartment is located in a stylishly renovated villa right next to the spa gardens in WarnemĂŒnde, just a few minutes from the beach.
Sophisticated and modern, individually furnished and in a quiet location. The ideal place for a relaxing time by the sea.
The Space:
Please note that between February and March 2026, earthworks will be carried out on the neighboring property and noise disturbances may occur. The work will take place on the side of the house facing away from the vacation apartment and will only take place intermittently on weekdays.
Other Things to Note:
Due to the complicated parking situation and the limited availability of free parking spaces in WarnemĂŒnde, we recommend renting a fixed parking space when arriving by car. It is much less stressful.
A parking space in the carport directly at the house is available for a fee (8⏠per day).
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax at this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price.
