The Space:

Apartment for 4 people on the 1st floor, located in the very center of Krakow. The interior features elegant decor with attention to detail. Two separate bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, and one of them has an exit to the balcony. You will prepare your meals in a separate, fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom you will find both a bathtub and a shower.

BEWARE, I booked this property for our trip to Krakow and I tried to message the owner to ask for assistance when we checked into the property. I could not get in touch with ANYONE. It took them two days to get back to me. We finally figured out how to enter the complex. There was no place to park within a half a mile and the entry getting into the building was a hassle to say the least. The courtyard we had to pass through was neglected, rundown and dirty. When finally getting into the building the first floor apartment was up a set of spiral dilapidated rough wooden steps. I fell going up the stairs because the treads are uneven and overhanging stairs by 2” in some places. I hurt my knee, bruised my finger. We entered the apartment and it was as the pictures show. As my knee and finger were swollen we tried again to get in touch with the owner to let them know I fell and I could not navigate the stairs for the next four days coming and going. Had I known about the entry process I wouldn’t have rented here. I messaged them through the VRBO app to tell them I would pay for the first night ( though we didn’t stay) and I needed to cancel and go to a hotel trying to find a place at the last minute. I tried calling and messaging , they ignored me for two days then refused to do anything, didn’t care about anyone but their contract and money. I am not being vindictive but want to give an honest Review as there weren’t any accessible when we rented.
