The Space:
The 80 square meter, beautifully furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor in house 7 and is accessible via a staircase. The furnishings are bright and friendly.

In the spacious living room you will find 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, where you can relax after an eventful day. There is also a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
The kitchenette contains everything you need for self-catering (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle) and leaves nothing to be desired.
There are comfortable king-size beds in both bedrooms, which promise restful nights.

In addition to the bathroom with a spacious bathtub, there is also a guest WC.

You can enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery from the balcony.

Free WiFi is available during your stay.

You will find a washing machine and dryer (free of charge) in the small annexe.
A parking space is available free of charge in the complex.
