Cette propriété va ramener les souvenirs de jours paisibles d'été passées sur le lac. Situé sur les rives pittoresques du lac Newfound dans la région pittoresque Hebron, NH. Cette / 2 salles de bains appartement 2 chambres est situé sur le bord nord-est de Newfound Lake, l'un des lacs les plus propres et les plus clairs en Nouvelle-Angleterre. Plongeons peuplent le lac et peuvent être fréquemment entendus dans la nuit appel à l'autre. La propriété est située dans le Hillside Inn Condomium, une propriété de 60 acres qui a sa propre plage privée, les quais d'utilisation 2 jours et un court de tennis en terre battue. Nous avons notre propre terrasse privée avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Newfound et Paradise Point. Profitez de superbes couchers de soleil sur les montagnes tout en vous relaxant sur le pont. En plus de toutes les activités du lac a à offrir il y a de nombreuses autres activités à proximité, y compris le golf, le vélo et la randonnée dans la forêt nationale de White Mountain. Pour les amateurs d'hiver ski alpin et ski de fond sont tous à proximité. Ragged Mountain Ski Area est à 20 minutes et Loon, Waterville Valley et Cannon Mountain sont tous moins de 45 minutes.

The property itself was nice. The fact that it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms is a plus. The beach is beautiful and is only a short walk away. There are some everyday amenities missing; like pot holders. We had a slight problem with plumbing but the owner was quick to address the issue. We would definitely go back again.

Newfound Lake condo

We enjoyed the location of this condo - Not too far from grocery stores and restaurants, A lovely beach and dock right on the grounds. The condo itself had everything that we needed. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen had the basics. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. And there is coin laundry on the premises. There is some traffic noise from the main road, but with the AC on we weren’t bothered by it. We would stay here again!

We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. To achieve this we need to allow our cleaning staff time to perform their jobs. If our cleaners let me know that they have finished early I notify our guests that they can check in early.

Rough start

Was initially given incorrect code to get in to condo. That was corrected the next day and there was another way to access building. The condo shows it's age but is clean. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. The shower is also extremely small but there is a second tub/shower combo. The beach/boating area is great, be prepared for a bit of a walk to get there. We found the condo owners, not including Paul, to be very unfriendly. Felt there was resentment of owners towards renters.

Great Location the Property is Very Dated

As mentioned in the other reviews the location of this property is great. The actual unit itself it very dated and not very clean when we arrived. There were spiders hanging from all corners of each room. We had to vacuumed them up each day and they would reappear the next day. The unit also is very sparse in terms of eating utensils, plates, cups, etc. and the coffee maker was leaking water when we tried to use it so if you are planning to make meals other than sandwiches this not a great place for cooking. Otherwise like I said, the location is great.

The Lovely Hillside Inn

I stayed here with my mom who remembers the old Hillside Inn from summers in her childhood. The condo was very nice, and the views from it were beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Location is great. Short walk to lake, easy access to White Mountains, BUT right next to a loud, noisy road with traffic at all times of the day and night. Condo is in need of serious upgrade. While it does have everything you need for a stay (sans sheets and towels), it is very outdated, cluttered, and was superficially clean. We did enjoy the use of the kayak and a fire at the beach.

Loved the lake

Beautiful location with plenty of hiking, kayaking and local activities. Located on a very busy road that has very loud traffic at night /early mornings. Nice two room apartment in an historic building. Beautiful views from deck.

Enjoyable week

Our stay at the condo was terrific! The place was very clean and had all the necessary items to make it our home for the week. The lake was beautiful and the overall environment relaxing and serene. Paul is a great host. His communication is excellent and he made sure we had all that we needed throughout our stay. What a great week!

Great stay

The view was breath taking. There were a few spider webs so I think the cleaners could have done a bit better of a job. The lake is soooo clean. It was a walk to the water but the host was upfront about that and it was not an issue for us. The condo we . stayed in I would be concerned if I had small children. I would definately stay here again and I didn't want to leave. You do get alot of noise from the street in the bedrooms.

Beautiful, peaceful, and cozy

This was exactly what we wanted. Peaceful, beautiful, quiet location with private access to a gorgeous lake. We had a wonderful time and were very sad to go. We hope to come back. The outdoor patio was great and we watched the sunset every night. The condo was clean, cozy, and very quiet. One small downside were the spiders (but that is a personal fear for me!) Wifi was great for streaming and allowed my partner to also work from home for 2 of the days. Location was a bit of a drive from restaurants and shopping but we really wanted to be more remote and disconnected so this was perfect. Paul was very responsive. Thank you so much for having us. We hope to return soon.
