The VillaVilla property boasts a delightful pool area featuring a 19 m2 pool with a water slide, a whirlpool, and a sauna for warmth during colder days. The house offers a variety of indoor activities in its spacious activity room, including billiards, table tennis, table football and a PlayStation 4. A bar with a fridge is also available for serving cold beverages. The heart of the house is the open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table, complemented by a cozy sofa area with a TV. The house is divided into three separate sleeping areas, comprising three double bedrooms, five bedrooms with two single beds each, and two lofts that can accommodate six people, ideally children. Outdoors, a large terrace is perfect for summer barbecues, with a portion covered for all-weather grilling.
