The property is a stone\'s throw away from a lush forest and a stunning sandy beach. The house boasts a private pool area featuring a 20 m2 pool equipped with a slide and a counter-current system, promising endless fun. A whirlpool and sauna are also available for ultimate relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the house offers an activity room complete with billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts. A bar with a fridge is also available for refreshments. A cozy sofa area provides a space for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii gaming, or simply unwinding with a good book or movie. The heart of the house is the open-plan living space, which includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen with two cookers/ovens, two fridges, and two dishwashers.
