Good communication between guest and host provides security for both during the rental period. I always encourage my guests to maintain this conversation via WhatsApp, as it's the quickest way to communicate after the booking is confirmed. The problem with the window was also corrected, which is working in perfect condition. As for stairs, this fact is stated on the website: "you have to climb a flight of stairs", which is obviously not suitable for people with serious mobility problems, but is still a healthy habit for others.

The next day you sent me a message saying that the air conditioning was very cold and that's why you got sick, asking me about the fan I have in the apartment and that it wasn't working. You didn't even respond to my WhatsApp messages and to my surprise you decided to vacate the apartment that same day, claiming that there were insects and ants in the apartment and mold in the air conditioning unit. However, I sent to you messages via the website and WhatsApp informing that the air conditioning unit was new and had just undergone periodic maintenance and cleaning, more precisely on 03/27/2024. I also sent to you a message inviting to return to the apartment and check our good hygiene conditions again, in order to complete the entire period of your contracted stay, as the apartment would be at your disposal. As for insects, I can guarantee that our apartment is very well maintained and clean, as you can see in the reviews and testimonials from several guests. Occasionally, in the building, you may have observed one or two cockroaches coming from the street, but you did not report this to me at the time, which would have made me immediately draw the attention of the doorman, as good hygiene conditions in the building are very important for the comfort of residents and guests. However, only in this declaration the word "roach" was referred to. In short, there were no justifiable reasons for you to give up staying in accommodation for all the contracted days, unless you had another reason for doing so, which perhaps only you know, but you preferred not to reveal... Prezada Samara, lamento pela sua frustração por não ter entendido que não há limpeza diária. O anúncio tem muitas informações, por isso incentivamos os hóspedes a se comunicarem conosco por mensagens ou mesmo através de uma ligação, para se informarem de maiores detalhes sobre o apartamento e sua localização ou para tirarem quaisquer outras dúvidas. Quando o cliente se hospeda por um período maior, acima de 15 dias, é muito comum ele nos solicitar o serviço de limpeza. Disponibilizamos esse serviço e em geral os hóspedes nos contratam para uma limpeza semanal ou no máximo 2 vezes por semana. Já tivemos até mesmo demanda de lavagem de roupas dos hóspedes, serviço que podemos prestar tanto levando as roupas npara as lavanderias quanto lavando por conta própria. Todos os serviços citados têm um custo extra , porém bem mais em conta que o cobrado por hotéis. Aliás, a limpeza diária e troca de roupa de cama e banho, disponível apenas em hotéis, tem o seu custo embutido nas diárias. Espero ter esclarecido sua dúvida e será um prazer hospedá-los em outras oportunidades, pois faremos o que estiver ao nosso alcance para que sejamos merecedores de uma NOTA 5 sua, da mesma forma que temos coleções e coleções dessa NOTA MÁXIMA, ao longo dos últimos 15 anos que anunciamos no site ALUGUE TEMPORADA / VRBO.
