The Space:

This bright and functionally furnished studio is located in a prestigious, historic tenement house on the famous Miodowa Street, right next to the Royal Route. The interior, designed for a maximum of four people, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Warsaw.



The main space of the apartment has been arranged with comfort and relaxation in mind. It features a large double bed (160 cm), guaranteeing a peaceful sleep after a day full of excitement. Right next to it is a comfortable sofa bed, which converts into an additional sleeping space for two in the evening. An impressive mirror wall optically enlarges the interior, adding depth and elegance. The windows offer an inspiring view of the surrounding historic buildings of the Old Town. A sunny afternoon can be spent at the compact dining table, and evening relaxation is provided by a Smart TV with cable television.



A fully functional kitchenette has been sectioned off in the hallway. Despite its compact size, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances: an induction hob, a microwave, and a refrigerator. An additional convenience is the washing machine, discreetly integrated into the kitchen units.

A mere 3-minute, picturesque walk separates the apartment from the Castle Square, Sigismund's Column, and the Royal Castle. From here, it's just a step to the Old Town Market Square to admire the Mermaid statue, visit the Museum of Warsaw, or get lost in the labyrinth of charming, cobbled streets. The Barbican and Krasiński Square are also within walking distance.



The area is vibrant with cultural life. A short walk separates the apartment from the Grand Theatre – National Opera. After a day full of sightseeing, you can relax in the nearby Saxon Garden, by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In the immediate vicinity, there is an countless number of restaurants, atmospheric cafes, and shops. The nearest grocery store (Żabka) is just around the corner.



The location is perfectly connected. Right next door is the 'Kapitulna' bus stop (approx. 30 m). In 5 minutes, you can walk to the 'Stare Miasto' (Old Town) tram stop, and the M1 Metro 'Ratusz Arsenał' station is about 700 m away. This guarantees quick access to every part of the capital. The journey to the Central Railway Station takes about 15 minutes, and Chopin Airport can be reached by a direct bus line 175.
