Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez comme chez vos amis proches dans un environnement confortable et relaxant.

ExtĂ©rieur: EntourĂ© de grands arbres et d'une clĂŽture sĂ©curisĂ©e, notre grande cour vous permet de faire la fĂȘte entre amis et en famille. Nous avons Ă©galement des planches de bodyboard, du matĂ©riel de plage, un foyer, un grill, une douche extĂ©rieure, des radiateurs extĂ©rieurs et mĂȘme un hangar supplĂ©mentaire pour que vos enfants puissent camper. Il est Ă©galement sĂ»r pour les animaux de compagnie de courir.

Intérieur: Le chalet comprend 1 chambre avec lit queen, 1 salle de bain, 1 salon avec canapé-lit - queen, 1 cuisine complÚte et un coin repas. L'espace est propre, léger, aéré et relaxant.

Parking: Vous pouvez vous garer sur l'allée ou la rue.

I did a lot of research prior to finding Jim’s place. The house is close to the beach and the Carlsbad Village, all under 5 minutes walking distance. I enjoyed my morning walk with my dog by the beach and to the coffee shop. The house was clean with great amenities which provided the relaxing stay. It’s in a peaceful and safe neighborhood where everyone was very respectful and friendly. The house provided a privacy, yet the owner Jim is only a text away. We can’t wait to go back.

Jim was great, he had great communication skills and made check in easy! We left LA early to avoid traffic and Jim allowed us to have an early check in at no cost. The property was well maintained and is a home away from home, great location next to shops, beach, and restaurant. Check-in and check out process was easy.

Carlsbad’s secret tropical hideaway. The cottage is all you need for a beach vacation in Cali, but the backyard
holy smokes! Absolutely beautiful and private. I’m not sure who enjoyed the stay more us or our pup. The cottage is located perfectly, everything is walkable. Jim is a kind and gracious host to top it off.

Perfect with Pups!

Overall this place was wonderful. The yard and outdoor amenities were great. Inside is on the small side but perfect for up to four. Jim was a great host, extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and will be back in a couple of months.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here. We had the most relaxing, enjoyable time. The yard is beautiful and private! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and town are just a short walk away. We hardly used our car. Jim is a great host. He even had a little gift for us when we got there. We will definitely be going back!

Amazing Stay at Jim’s Beach Cottage !!

We had a fantastic stay at Jim’s beach cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Carlsbad. We met Jim on our last day friendly, kind . Thank you Jim for everything

Wonderful property with spacious fenced in back yard. Kitchen very well equipped, remodeled bath very comfortable. Comfortable bed and living area. Host lives next doir and came over at check in in the evening to show all the features of the place. Will plan to stay here again for sure.

Best Experience!

We had an incredible time with our 2 tiny pups. The pictures do not do the place justice. Jim is a very gracious host. A sweet gift upon our arrival and so many unexpected touches. Jim also reached out to us to let us know that the place was ready and if we wanted to check in early we could. It was an easy walk to Carlsbad Village and the Beach. We would definitely like to visit again.

Carlsbad Winter Getaway

The cottage is wonderful including an awesome fenced in yard. Our host Jim was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage which is a short walk to the beach and downtown.

Even better than the pictures

This was one of the easiest places we have ever stayed at. Everything from the check in to the outdoor lights was stress free. A fantasic yard that the pictures didn't really capture. The inside space was cozy and well layed out. Very pet friendly. Really loved this place and can't wait to stay again.

Wedding weekend

My fiance (now wife) and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and it absolutely delivered more than we could have asked for. The pictures don't do it justice, the space and vibes are immaculate. Will be returning for an anniversary in the future!

Fabulous place

This property is amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like a water cooler. We had a lovely card and gift waiting for us as return guests. The showstopper is the yard. It is incredibly private and beautiful. There is a covered patio with heaters and large dining table, chaiselounges and a fire pit. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather. Our dog loved it as well. You can also park inside the gate which was nice. The size of the yard is unheard of a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk to everything in the village and there are lots of shops and restaurants. We didn’t even use our car some days.

Location location location. House is perfect for a weekend getaway. Jim, the host, is super chill and exactly the type of host you want to deal with. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, all stocked. We needed nothing. Will be returning for sure.
