Casa Montaña. Super endroit! Sur la route d'autobus avec le bain à remous privé. 9 personnes

Nous sommes ravis de partager notre maison avec vous. Nous avons acheté ce 3 chambres 3. 5 salles de bains retraite de montagne en 2014. Chacune des 3 chambres a sa propre salle de bain et TV pour un maximum d'intimité et de flexibilité pendant votre séjour. A l'étage se trouvent 2 chambres; une avec un lit king, l'autre avec un lit queen. Le niveau inférieur a la chambre lits superposés avec une couchette double / double ainsi que d'une couchette double / twin. Le niveau principal dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, foyer au gaz, une salle de bains, grande table à manger, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, et deux ponts extérieurs, l'un avec un nouveau grand jacuzzi (2017).

Nous voulons que votre séjour soit vraiment agréable. Nous offrons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un accÚs gratuit à Netflix sur les téléviseurs, 200 chaßnes de télévision par cùble, une buanderie avec lave-linge / sÚche-linge, un local à skis, des jeux et des occasions de faire plein de souvenirs! La ligne de bus est à 75 mÚtres dans la rue et il est à 8 minutes en bus de Peak 9 (le bus vous emmÚnera également à la télécabine si vous le souhaitez). Pendant l'été, il y a des sentiers de randonnée et de vélo juste devant la porte d'entrée et la rue principale est à moins de 10 minutes à pied en descendant le long de la riviÚre. Nous aimons que nous puissions partager notre maison avec vous et espérons que vous l'apprécierez. Spring Break Ski trip

This was our second stay here. Location is great with easy access to the bus. Will definitely look at this location again when returning to Breck.

We really enjoyed that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It made getting ready in The mornings quick and easy. The accessibility to the bus stop was great. We took the bus everyday. We also enjoyed the hot tub every evening.

Making Memories w/ our college kids!

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. We skied Breck and Keystone. We hit a lot of good local restaurants and enjoyed the downtown bars and shopping. The hosts were very prompt when we had a question. Great place to stay we would stay there again!

Family ski trip

Check in & out was super simple. The owner was very easy to get ahold of with questions. The hot tub was perfect! They had a very well stocked kitchen & plenty of pillows & blankets to cuddle with. The garage was a nice amenity for ski gear. Price range was great. Very convenient to the Free bus!

Fabulous Breckenridge home

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this well-equipped house. Used the hot tub liberally, went skiing, snow-shoeing, went to the rec center, hiked Boreas Pass, and enjoyed the snow in the comfort of a lovely home. 3 generations, and lots for everyone to do. And the home is well-located, well-appointed, and Kevin was very attentive and responsive. A very gracious house, gracious host, and lovely place to station yourself in Summit County. We'd come back again.

Ski trip

The property was nice and conveniently located to the shuttle, which takes you around Breckinridge. The property was nicely equipped to satisfy all your needs. One thing for the manager to review would be the stove which had a missing handle, which the gas was on the stove when we arrived (the entire place smelled of gas). Also look at the dryer, understanding that the dryer is a plus, but the dryer didn’t dry properly. Overall a good place to stay. And would recommend this to friends

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Kevin answered all of the questions that came to mind from the time we booked until after we checked in. Thank you! The private hot tub on the deck was wonderful, clean and HOT! We loved it! Catching the shuttle was great except leaving the base at the end of the ski day. We realize we were there during the busiest week of the season, so we adapted! Had everything we needed. Given the opportunity, we’ll be back for another stay!

Great week with family

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I think the highlight for everyone was the hot tub just off the living room. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. Location was great.

Great Ski Trip Spring Break Getaway!

We stayed in March for our spring break skiing trip! The condo was great and had essentials including a spacious hot tub, stocked pantry items, and a GREAT location to the shuttle! It was a great place to hang out as well as had plenty of sleeping locations! I would definitely recommend brining a humidifier (they had 1) as it got dry during the winter! We had 3 couples and the bunk bed was spacious enough for 1 adult couple to sleep on. Everything was great! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful!

First time in snow-this is the place.

I’ve never gone anywhere out of the South. Casa Montana was a beautiful and quiet place. It felt just like home. Kevin literally provides all the necessary starter amenities you’ll need. Do not go to the grocery store until you check out the pantry first. The heated floors were so nice. I would stay at this place over and over again. Literally 5 minutes from town with a cute little market. 20 minutes from a Walmart. Hot tub was perfect. Everything was A++++++. Thank you again!

You'll feel right at home

We stayed for a month and this home was very comfortable. The location is great for access to both downtown and hiking. Everything was well-stocked and the owner was very responsive to questions and eager to help.

Amazing home

I highly recommend this property. It’s a 3 mins drive to peak 9. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is spacious and the hot tub was a hit! Kevin was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. My kids loved the sleds. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place and Location!

Kevin was wonderful and very responsive to questions as we planned our trip. The space is laid out so nicely, with an abundance of hooks on the walls for gear, a huge washer/dryer, very nice appliances, a clean hot tub. This is the most well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed in! It was a short walk to the shuttle and quick ride to the lifts. Highly recommend!

I have a beautiful wife and three beautiful kids who all love to ski. I retired from a career of U.S. Government service in 2014 and started my own consulting business, XK GROUP. Living in Washington, DC, we get out to Colorado as often as we can, but it makes sense to us to share our home with others rather than to leave it vacant for most of the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our house is in the perfect location. It's in Breckenridge, but not right downtown. It is a short, 75 yard walk to the bus stop and the free bus takes you anywhere in town you want to go. You can also walk downtown, if you want. During the summer, you can walk or bike to town in less than 10 minutes to enjoy the festivals and restaurants the town has to offer. In the Winter, we pull our ski boots on, throw our skis over our shoulders, and clomp downhill 75 yards to the free bus stop. Five to ten minutes later, we are clicking into our bindings and are on the slopes at Peak 9. The neighborhood around the house is private and very quiet. The river and Four Ponds are just down the street and Maggie Pond is a four minute bus ride away. Our family loves being this close to the ski slopes and town, but also being where we can enjoy the privacy of a nice little neighborhood

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We bought this house in 2014 and made some renovations. We have tried to provide all the comforts we have at home so that our vacation is really a vacation! The big living area, with two couches, a fireplace, the kitchen island, the dining room table, and the hot tub off the deck make for a great atmosphere to hang out together on vacation. Then, when folks head back to their bedrooms for a bit of privacy, each has their own bathroom and television. The location is perfect... Not quite downtown with all the noise and issues, but close enough that you can walk downtown, or jump on the free bus, and be there in minutes.
