This chalet is near Bad Sankt Leonhard in the Lavanttal, about halfway between Graz and Klagenfurt in Carinthia.

The chalet is on three floors and provides around 140m² of living space. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. the "ski-pass-included-season".
