Our idyllic farmhouse awaits you in charming Hundwil in the Appenzell-Ausserrhodian hinterland, perfectly located for families, groups and those seeking peace and quiet. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Appenzell countryside and in the immediate vicinity of the impressive SÀntis, this accommodation offers unrivalled views and a peaceful atmosphere with no through traffic - your private paradise for a break in the midst of nature.
At the heart of our holiday flat is a cosy living room, furnished with a sofa, satellite TV, internet connection, DVD player and a wide range of books as well as extensive information material on the region. The large eat-in kitchen with its inviting large table and corner bench is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette dishes. The interior is completed by four double bedrooms and, on request, a cot and a high chair. A bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, WC and double washbasin emphasises the comfort. The washing machine is subject to a fee, charge is based on consumption.
The outdoor area invites you to linger with its spacious lawn, which includes a children's playground with swings, slide, trampoline. Several seating areas and a barbecue area provide the perfect backdrop for cosy hours in the great outdoors. The private path to the house guarantees peace and safety for playing children and relaxing hours for adults.
