Discover our idyllically situated holiday home with a spectacular view of the Westerwald and direct access to the picturesque Rothaarsteig trail. Ideal for 2 to 6 people, our approx. 100 mÂČ holiday flat promises an oasis of peace and relaxation. With a separate entrance at ground level, even on the first floor, you will immediately experience the feeling: "Here I am at home!".
Inside you will find a spacious living area with a 35 square metre living room, which has a dining area, a large balcony, cable TV and DVD player. There is comfortable seating and upholstered furniture for cosy get-togethers, including sofas that can also be used as sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other amenities that will delight cooking enthusiasts. Two separate bedrooms with their own TV offer a peaceful and restful night's sleep, complemented by a bathroom with bath, separate shower and other amenities for your comfort.
Enjoy the fresh air and nature from the large balcony or the outdoor seating area behind the house. A popular natural playground in the immediate vicinity provides fun and enjoyment for children. Just a few steps from the house, the forest opens up for explorations and walks. The outdoor area with parking directly in front of the door rounds off the offer of our quiet residential street.
