Villa Casa Orah is a beautifully restored stone house situated on its own 700 square metre fenced plot in the village of Vosteni near Sv. Lovrec. In the village of Sv. Lovrec there is a shop, pizzeria and ATM, and in Porec, 15 km away, the nearest beach and various sports and cultural facilities. 37m2 pool, shaded pergola with a traditional built-in barbecue, as well as a covered terrace with a dining table, the perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxation. Thanks to the fenced plot, guests' privacy is guaranteed. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house. The house offers space for 6-8 people with a living area of approx. 168 square metres spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor of the house is the tastefully furnished living area with fireplace, kitchen with dining table with exit to the covered terrace and garden with pool, as well as a shower / WC.on the first floor this house offers a spacious bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower / tub, exit to the covered balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the Istrian landscape. 2 further bedrooms share the bathroom with shower / wc in the hallway. One of them with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Pets are welcome, no youth groups.
