The holiday home is located just 300 m from the Baltic Sea and the river. It is located in a quiet area of detached houses. Restaurants and shops are nearby.
The holiday home is a comfortable, new house. It has air conditioning everywhere. Each of the 7 rooms has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Rooms equipped with comfortable large with mattresses, duvet, pillow and bedding. Rooms equipped with a mini hotel fridge, kettle with cups satellite and cable TV and WIFI. Rooms have spacious balconies with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a large, spacious, equipped kitchen with tables , lodge and chairs with access to the terrace and garden.
Kitchen equipment: oven with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, plates, cups, pan, pots, etc.
Outside behind the building there is a beautifully landscaped garden with gazebo and gas barbecue at your disposal. In the grounds there is garden furniture, a playground and parking.
