A little further on, Bassano del Grappa welcomes visitors with its famous Ponte degli Alpini, the Grappa Museum and enchanting views along the Brenta river. Thiene and Schio are also worth a visit: the former with its Venetian Gothic-style castle, the latter with interesting examples of industrial archaeology and refined historic gardens.
