Portion of a villa with private access and the most beautiful panoramic view of the entire Valdinievole and the ancient Rocca di Montecarlo above it. Fully serviced area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Motorway access about 2 km away that quickly connects to the most beautiful cities of art in Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena. A strategic and very relaxing place to stay in Tuscany.
The flat is equipped with all comforts such as: air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and LCD satellite TV. The kitchen that you will have at your disposal is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to allow you to taste and cook traditional Italian dishes yourself. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed if needed. The flat consists of a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding a baby cot and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The particularly elegant and well-kept furnishings will make your stay unforgettable. The owner, who lives part of the property through his own exclusive access, will never use the pool and the outdoor area and you will probably not even notice his presence. The Villa consists of only two flats that are rented out and should you wish, you can rent it totally and privately at your disposal through the 3-room ad.
A private and well-kept park of 2000 square metres is the strong point of the residence. The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes a safe area for children. The 33-square-metre swimming pool and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your use, as are the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square metre gazebo is used as a relaxation area and shade for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 square metres, located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the house, as well as the large masonry barbecue, equipped with a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 places at the table; under the large gazebo you will also find a large baroque sofa to relax while admiring the unforgettable view of the sunset over the Montecarlo hill.
The special feature of this holiday home is relaxation, privacy, and the surrounding countryside becomes a sensory experience of panoramic sunsets and unforgettable scents. The attention to every single detail ensures that nothing is left to chance both for the furnishings and the surrounding park. The owners will be at your disposal to advise you on your day trips and food and wine excursions, since in Tuscany you will find much to see but even more to taste and drink.
