Discover your ideal retreat in our comfortable country house, immersed in the tranquillity of acres of land cultivated with fodder crops, orchards and vineyards. Strategically located, this property combines the enchantment of the countryside with rolling hills and convenient proximity to the village of Tabiano and the renowned Salsomaggiore, making it the perfect place for an escape from the daily grind.
The interior of our house consists of 3 flats of different sizes, each designed to offer comfort and functionality. The SUNSET flat, located on the mezzanine floor, is ideal for those looking for a more economical solution without giving up the pleasure of a tasteful stay. This unit features a cosy kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom, and benefits from an extraordinary panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Enhanced by the charm of a small private terrace, the interiors are equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Outside, our large garden, available to all guests, offers an ideal space for relaxing among the tables and chairs scattered around the area. There is also a gazebo area where you can spend convivial evenings enjoying good food and good company. Moreover, during the summer months, guests can enjoy the COLLINE D'ACQUA swimming pools, located just 300 metres from our facility, for a refreshing dip in the sun.
The house offers the advantage of being only 1 km from the prestigious thermal spa with wellness centre, allowing easy access to relaxation and wellness treatments. The proximity to the main road facilitates exploration of the fascinating surrounding area of Salsomaggiore, where nature, culture and gastronomy combine to offer an unforgettable experience.
