The accommodation enjoys a quiet location in nature at the west coast of Ăland, just 300 metres from a jetty, near FĂ€rjestaden on the Swedish Baltic Sea island Ăland, 4km to the south of the bridge towards the mainland.
You can relax in the beautiful garden with a table and chairs, a grill, a parasol and a swing.
The house can accommodate up to five people and has two bedrooms each with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table with a comfortable bench and chairs. The air-conditioned living room provides a sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is an annex with a sauna and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Beautiful paths lead to the jetty 300 metres away. It is about 1.5km to the harbour with various restaurants, cafes and small shops. There is a shopping centre 2km away. There are also three supermarkets within four kilometres. You can find a swimming pool and a minigolf course in the centre.
Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as bicycles, a highchair and water toys free of charge. There are parking spaces by the house and further parking spaces nearby. Guests have four bicycles and one bike for a child. The rent includes energy costs, kitchen towels and cleaning products, towels to be paid.
