More and more people are travelling to the Baltic States and in particular to the Hanseatic city of Riga. The landlords are pleased to be able to offer you a wonderful holiday home - surrounded by pine trees in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and very close to the Hanseatic city of Riga (less than 20 minutes away from the old town of Riga).
The holiday home is located at the end of a 2000 square metre green garden plot with pine trees and a beautiful rock garden, which offers plenty of space for your child to run around on the lawn. Parking for one car is available on the property. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs.
On the ground floor, about 24 square metres in size, you will find the lounge area with flatscreen TV, sitting area, kitchenette with fridge, oven with double hotplate, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, separate shower and WC. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 m wide) and two single beds. Perfect for parents with one or two children. The house offers comfort with the rustic charm of Latvia.
The distance to the old town of Riga is about ten kilometres, to the Baltic Sea beach just under 20 kilometres. There is a supermarket three kilometres from the house. Other excursion destinations are: Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum 9 km, Riga Zoo 13 km, Jurmala 30 km, Sigulda 50 km, Cesis 85 km.
