Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in very centr of Riga
Spacious, beautiful, light-filled apartment with two bedrooms and a living room in the historical center of Riga (Art Nouveau district). The house is included in historical heritage. The distance to the Riga central station (900m) & Old Town (500m) makes this apartment the ideal starting point for your stay in Riga. Variety of cafes and bars around.
Please be informed that the entrance side is under renovation and looks not same as facade side.
This light and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the optimal starting point for your trip to Riga due to its perfect location.
The apartment provides more than 80 mÂČ of living area (living room with open kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and wc. All windows are facing into the courtyard so no street and city noise there.
-Living room and kitchen: high ceilings and two big windows makes you feel just like at home. In the middle of the room there is a large table for four persons, kitchen is completely equipped (electric stove, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook. In addition, there is a comfy couch. Flat screen TV with Android TV, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available.
-Bedroom 1: Equipped with a big double bed, just next to the window.
(Bed linens and towels are provided)
-Bedroom 2: Also equipped with a big double bed.
- Bathroom: Small wellness oasis with a bathtub, sink and wc. (Hair dryer and soap are provided).
You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.
The apartment is Ideal for 2-4 guests. Situated on the second floor. The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Rigaâs landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many cultural activities.
Parking available:
10 meters - every night (20.00 - 8.00) and on Saturday-Sunday free of charge.
