The City of Schwerin levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 7% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests in the city of Schwerin are not issued a visitor’s card.

Our new vacation apartment for 2 people is located right in the heart of Schwerin’s Old Town, on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly next to the Schlossparkcenter in Schwerin. The apartment has been recently renovated and is comfortably furnished, featuring all the amenities you’ll need for a longer stay.
Our guests appreciate the central location in Schwerin. A movie theater, bakery, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, supermarket, and more are all within walking distance of the vacation apartment. And if you’d like to venture a bit farther, Schwerin’s train station is just a few minutes’ walk away.
