Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not person-specific, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Your vacation home with a terrace in the historic old town of the Hanseatic city of Wismar is centrally located right on the old harbor.
It is only about a 10-minute walk from Wismar’s market square, about a 1-minute walk from the old harbor, and about a 7-minute walk from Wismar’s train and bus stations. This makes it ideal if you’re arriving by train or bus and want to stay right in the old town.
The vacation rental is located in a separate house on the property with a view of the seaport and features a private entrance. The vacation home (35 square meters) is divided into a living room and bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with a shower and kitchen downstairs. The living area is equipped with a sofa, a TV with digital satellite, a radio with a CD player, and a small ironing board and iron are also available. In the sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with nightstands and a large wardrobe. On the first floor, you’ll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sink, a ceramic-glass electric stove with oven, range hood, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware, as well as a cozy dining table with chairs.
The exclusive bathroom (fully tiled) is equipped with a shower, mirror cabinet, toilet, and hair dryer. The vacation rental is equipped with central heating.
Outside, you’ll find an enclosed patio with patio furniture, a garden, a beach chair, and a barbecue grill for cozy cookouts.

A coin-operated electric washing machine and dryer are available for your use.
An initial supply of bed linens, towels, and 1 dish towel is provided upon arrival.
Unfortunately, there is no storage space for bicycles. Alternatively, there are bike lockers at the parking garage at the Old Harbor.
Our vacation home is a smoke-free property; smoking is, of course, permitted on the terrace. Pets are generally not allowed!

You’ll find parking in the immediate vicinity (Schiffbauerdamm or Wasserstraße). Unloading at the vacation rental is no problem.
