Panoramic apartment with studio and fireplace

Mountain views and evening sun are part of a stay at Chalet Lavey. The apartment is in Brandegg near Bühlberg, around a 10 to 15-minute drive above the village of Lenk. With room for up to six guests, it offers space to spend time together and a separate studio for a little privacy.

Spend the end of the day on the balcony, or settle in by the fireplace when it's cooler outside. The living area has a sofa and a large dining table with corner seating, with room for everyone to gather over dinner or a game. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There's also a fondue set, a raclette grill and a Nespresso machine with a few capsules for your first coffee.

The main apartment is on the raised ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the balcony; the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet.

The separate ground-floor studio is always included in your booking. It's simply furnished, with a double bed, washbasin and its own shower. The separate toilet is in the hallway. The studio has its own entrance, but no kitchen or TV. The main apartment and studio are reached via the shared stairwell, rather than a private internal staircase. Young children should therefore not sleep alone in the studio.

Your booking includes the apartment and studio, rather than the whole chalet. Both living spaces and the balcony are exclusively yours during your stay. The stairwell, wooden terrace and garden are shared with the other apartment in the house. As is typical of a timber chalet, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the apartment above.

Bed linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot and a high chair are available. A dedicated parking space in front of the garage on the right is also included. The bus stop is about 50 metres from the house.

A key lockbox lets you check yourself in from 3 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets and events are not permitted.

On Bühlbergstrasse, traffic runs in alternating directions at set times during the day in winter only. Bring snow chains for a winter stay. We'll send you detailed directions and access information before you arrive.
