The unique flat on the 4th floor with lift impresses with its coordinated design and gives guests a quiet and pleasant feeling of living. The flat offers enough space for up to two adults and one child. It is therefore ideal for couples and small families. Of course, you can also enjoy the cosy flat on your own. Only high-quality materials were used in the complete refurbishment of the flat. Thanks to the integrated underfloor heating, you no longer have to worry about cold feet even in winter. Great importance was also attached to the furnishings in order to make the flat as cosy as possible. In the bedroom there is a solid wooden bed measuring 1.40 m wide (suitable for two people), which has been fitted with a cosy mattress. There is also a cosy sofa bed in the living room where you can either sleep or simply relax. There is also a large Smart TV in the living room, which promises good entertainment for cosy evenings. The kitchen offers you every comfort, whether for a short stay or a longer holiday. With all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine and kettle), you can prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of your "home". If you don't feel like it, you can reach the city centre on foot in under 10 minutes and choose from a wide range of restaurants and snack bars. The large balcony is perfect for romantic evenings for two in glorious weather. Last but not least, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a large mirror rounds off the freshly renovated flat.
