The comfortable holiday apartment is right in the quiet centre of the tranquil holiday town Stubenberg, just 1.5km from the popular lake Stubenbergsee. It is in the East Styrian hilly landscape, nestled into wonderfully green nature with forests, meadows and orchards. It is between Vienna (2 hours drive) and Graz (1 hourâs drive), which are worth a day trip.
The house is in a sheltered location with an adjoining meadow. A car parking space is available.
The apartment completed in 2016 is on the upper floor of a two-storey single-family house and provides 60mÂČ of living space. Two to four people can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere exuded by the attractive interior, comprising rooms flooded with daylight, light furniture and natural wood colours. After the entrance, there are stairs directly to your apartment, which consists of an entrance area, a double bedroom, a sociable living room-kitchen, a storage room and a modern shower room with a WC. The bedroom promises a good nightâs sleep with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a little dresser also for a laptop. The two skylights above the bed invite you to fall asleep under a starry sky if you leave the blinds open. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. After a day trip, you can relax on the large and comfortable sofa. Satellite TV provides entertainment. The sofa can be used as a bed for a child as a third person. There is also a childâs bed. Next to the suite, you go past the dining table with four high-backed chairs to the open kitchen space, fully-equipped for practical self-catering: induction hob, microwave, oven, large fridge and freeze, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Within 300 metres you can find cafes and restaurants, as well as a grocery shop. The most popular summer holiday destination in the Stubenbergsee area is the 40-hectare swimming lake 1.5km away, which is known for its pleasant water temperatures owing to its sheltered location in the valley. You can gather here for swimming and lazing on well-tended lawns with shady spots and can enjoy gastronomy by the lake. Surfing, sailing, pedalos, beach volleyball, the childrenâs leisure park or a trip with an electric boat on the lake are among the activities available. If you are looking for something exceptional, you can take to the air on a hot air balloon ride, or paragliding from Kulm over the lake â the view is breathtaking and the experience is unforgettable!
