WESTCOTT Bay Vista - WATERVIEW! JACUZZI! COURT DE TENNIS!

Westcott Bay Vista (anciennement connu sous le nom Bellevue Farm Cottage) est une belle maison de style Cape Cod construit avec beaucoup de détails. Cette maison 2600+ pieds carrés est situé au sommet d'une colline, offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de Westcott presque toutes les pièces. Cette communauté exclusive de maisons de style similaire sur des propriétés spacieuses est une courte distance de marche dans Roche Harbor Resort.

Profitez du cadre de la vie et de salles à manger et la cuisine de cette belle île natale waterview. Le salon confortablement meublé dispose d'une belle pierre autour woodburing cheminée et un système stéréo à domicile. La table à manger offre des sièges pour 8 avec sièges bar petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il ya une bibliothèque privée / salle de divertissement qui peut être fermé avec des portes de poche pour TV / DVD à regarder. Connexion Internet sans fil disponible si vous devez vraiment.

Quatre chambres sont situées à l'étage. La suite principale est meublée d'un lit queen size avec vue sur l'eau et dispose d'une salle de bains principale attenante avec deux lavabos et douche. La suite junior est également dotée d'un lit queen-size avec vue sur l'eau et d'une salle de bains privative attenante. La troisième chambre offre waterviews et est meublée d'un lit queen size. La quatrième chambre est meublée avec 2 lits jumeaux et 2 matelas jumeaux supplémentaires dans le placard (4 lits jumeaux au total).

Barbecue à l'extérieur et profiter de la vraie exposition sud-ouest de maximiser la lumière du soleil toute la journée. Regardez les aigles, hérons, des loutres, et des cerfs - et profiter de la grande cour gazonnée, bain à remous, et une pellicule de large autour du pont. Toute cette intimité encore à quelques kilomètres de Roche Harbor Resort avec toutes ses commodités.

One of our best getaway houses!

Beautiful, comfortable home and great location for visiting Roche Harbor and San Juan Island. Lots of wonderful amenities. Very clean and well organized. Wish the hot tub was working while we were there, but other than that it was perfect for us. Highly recommend!!

Close to Roche Harbor Resort, the property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It had great water views. Three full baths was a plus.We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location

Property itself was wonderful, but we felt that property manager could have/should have been more helpful with arrangements for boat mooring, trailer parking and late checkout. Basically, we were on our own with no advice or suggestions for any of those necessities on our first trip to the area.

Great House!

This house was perfect for our group! We were in town for a wedding at Roche Harbor Resort and it was only a 3 min drive from the house!! We used the community tennis court that is probably 50 yards from the house! And we met a really nice neighbor named Glenn and his dog Ginger! He gave us awesome recommendations for in town! Highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a nice quiet house with a BEAUTIFUL view!

Spring Break with Family

Beautiful home and setting. 1 1/2 mile walk to Roche Harbor. Community Tennis court and Basketball hoop close by. Some areas need a little extra cleaning…. Showers, shower curtain, sink drains, dishes… but overall clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Management Company very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

Great house near Roche Harbor

This is a great house…. Sort of reminds me of the Hampton. The view is fantastic and it’s peaceful and quiet. My only complaint would be that they need to have new linens and comforters and pillows. For this type of more upscale house my wife and I felt they should spend some money on that.. But other than that it’s wonderful.

The gas pressure to the stove top is not sufiencent to boil water/cook. We cooked each meal and constantly had problems cooking on the stove top. Enough so that we thought of using the grill or fireplace to boil water.2. The house REALLY needs an outdoor seating group that might be an outdoor sofa with 2 side chairs and a coffee table. The view is spectacular and it is very disappointing to sit at a table ALL AFTERNOON and EVENING and the vinyl Chaise Lounges are not suitable for such a lovely home. The Plastic Stackable Chairs don't belong a a sophisticated home such as this, they should be thrown out or stored offsite.The Sound System and Speakers were a nice treat. The house is very clean and we enjoyed it so much. I hope that you will consider our suggestions, we would love to enjoy the house again next year on our annual Labor Day Trip.

Reviewer Comments: With relatives on the island, we have visited SJI multiple times but this time we truly fell in love with the beauty the island offers--especially with this property's views! The accommodations were perfect for our family (2 adult children with their partners and M&D). We spent a day each in town, at Roche, and hiking at Jackle's Lagoon along with family visits. Dinners at SJ Brewery (arrival) and Duck Soup. Everything was GREAT. Allow 20 minutes for a pot of coffee is the only downside of WB Vista.
