Our ‘Happy Home’ offers you 52 m² of good vibes and everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Braunschweig – whether for a short trip or a longer stay.

*The flat*
The flat is located on the second floor and can be quickly reached via a few stairs. Once at the top, you enter a spacious hallway with a dressing room and plenty of storage space for suitcases and jackets – so everything stays tidy and you can arrive relaxed.

Start your day relaxed in the newly renovated bathroom: a refreshing shower and everything you need at your fingertips – towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are of course provided.

The flat has two quiet bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds for a restful night's sleep.

In the first bedroom, you will find two comfortable box-spring beds (each 100 x 200 cm), which can be used individually or as a large king-size bed. Blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep, while a fan and smart TV provide comfort. You can work perfectly at the small corner desk thanks to fast fibre optic WiFi.

The second large room combines sleeping and living areas. The queen-size box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), fan and smart TV guarantee relaxing nights.

The living and dining area, separated by a practical room divider, is the heart of this apartment. The cosy seating area is perfect for long breakfasts, shared meals or convivial evenings when you want to linger. Games and books are also available.

In the separate kitchen-diner, the morning begins in a relaxed manner: first, a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee while the others are still waking up. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A dishwasher and washing machine ensure that even longer stays are no problem.

Fast fibre optic WiFi is available throughout the apartment. For families, we are happy to provide a travel cot, high chair and children's crockery on request (for a fee).

The flat is located in the popular Östliches Ringgebiet – one of Braunschweig's most sought-after neighbourhoods – which is quiet yet very close to the city centre. A short walk across the Oker river, past the museum, takes you directly to the city centre with its many cafés, restaurants, shops and the Schloss-Arkaden shopping centre.

The location thus combines the best of both worlds: relaxed living and everything within easy walking distance.

The tram is in the immediate vicinity and takes you quickly in all directions of the city. For motorists, there is the Magni underground car park 500 metres away, where you can park conveniently for a small fee.

Whether you're on a business trip or spending time with your favourite people, Happy Home can accommodate up to 4 people.
