This first-floor apartment offers a sunny, extra-wide windowsill for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the endless view of nature and the seasons. Outside there are several cozy seating areas to enjoy the surroundings.

Fully Equipped Apartment

The living room has a lounge sofa and dining table. The compact, well-equipped kitchen has a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and electric kettle. The fast internet makes it ideal for working as well.

Atmospheric Bedrooms with Authentic Details

The ensuite bedroom has sliding doors and two comfortable box-spring beds. The loft with three box-spring beds offers a unique experience under the rafters, with a view of an ancient stable window.

Fresh rolls and luxury coffee

Every morning you can enjoy fresh rolls and luxury coffee from a coffee machine in the common room. Your beds are made and soft towels and bathrobes are provided. You can prepare your own breakfast in your private kitchen.

Many Activities for Everyone

The grounds offer spacious seating areas, a sports field, playground, air trampoline, go-karts and cross bikes for children. The recreation room has table tennis, shuffleboard and table football. Outside there is a Jeu des Boules court and dart board. There are also charging stations for cars and bicycles.

Activities in the Area

During the season you can use the open-air swimming pool 1.5 km away free of charge. Callantsoog beach is 8 km away, and there are various attractions such as Hoenderdaell Animal Park, the Navy Museum and the West Frisian Market in Schagen. Texel and Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.

Eine sehr moderne und gepflegte Wohnung.Viel Platz, hell, ruhig, eine schöne und sinnvolle Aufteilung. Im Hof unzählige aber voll funktionsfähige Rädchen, Dreirädchen usw. für Kids.Küche voll ausgestattet, frei begehbare Dusche, Wirpool, Sauna. WC separat dem Badezimmer.Ausreichend Parkplätze. Schöne Landschaft mit Pferden, Schafen und Feldern drumherum.Dadurch kein Straßen-/Bahn oder Flugzeuglärm.Eine super schnelle Anbindung an Kreisstraße.In 12 Min mit dem PKW am Callantsoog Strand, 22 Min. Fähre nach Texel, 50 Min. Amsterdam.Täglich frische Brötchen und Croissants durch Gastgeber. Wir waren in den letzten vielen Jahren als Singel und nun als Familie und Gruppen an sehr vielen Orten in den verschiedensten Regionen der Niederlande untergebracht.Vom Texel bis Amsterdam.Küstennah bis central.Ferienwohnung und Ferienparks.Doch unter Strich ist Preis-Leistung-Luxus-Lage hier NICHT zu toppen !!!!Dringendst zu empfehlen !!!Wie für Camper, so auch Ferienwohnung-Nutzer.Wir als Gruppe uns sicher auch als Familie kommen sicher wieder!
