The holiday home “Sjö Hus Köhn” is a detached, non-smoking property in a rural seaside location in Köhn–Pülsen. The fine sandy beach is only about 300 meters away—perfect for relaxing beach days, seaside walks, or activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and beach volleyball. A car is recommended, and two free private parking spaces are available on site. Families with children and babies are welcome; however, youth groups are not permitted. Pets are also allowed (maximum of 3).

The accommodation is spread over a single floor and was last renovated in 2023. It offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and a living room with a cozy sofa area and parquet flooring. There are sleeping arrangements for up to five guests, with one sleeping space intended exclusively for a child. Privacy screens on all windows ensure added comfort and restful sleep.

The living area is open-plan with the kitchen and features a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a radio, CD player, and hi-fi system. A wood-burning stove provides a warm and cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings. A separate dining area with a dining table complements the layout, and there is also a dedicated game room—ideal for families spending time indoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery are provided, along with dish towels, a waste bin, and an initial supply of essentials.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, window, and cosmetic mirror. For added relaxation, a private sauna is available—perfect after an active day at the beach or after cycling and walking tours. Central heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the year. For longer stays, the house also provides a washing machine (for personal use), drying rack, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and other practical amenities. Dogs are especially welcome.

Outside, the garden, terrace, and garden furniture invite you to relax and unwind. Sun loungers and a parasol provide comfort on warm days, while the charcoal grill is perfect for shared outdoor meals. An outdoor shower completes the amenities—especially convenient after a day at the beach.
