Very nice property. Generally, the pictures don’t do it justice, and they make it look great! Right on the lake, and great views. The location is also pretty ideal for things to do between Keuka and Seneca Lakes. We would love to stay again, and to experience different seasons there.

Beautiful little house right on Keuka Lake. The house itself is beautiful and charming with 3 floors with big windows where you can look out at the lake. There is also a glassed-in back porch where you can sit and enjoy coffee or other beverages while looking out. The property has steps right down to the pier and little beach area. We didn't bring or rent a boat, but we swam and floated in our inner tubes for hours. The property is off the main road on East Lake road, so it's easy to get to the nearby towns of Penn Yan or Hammondsport for restaurants and stores, while still being away from any traffic noise on the main road.

We had an amazing time. The house was well maintained and even though close to neighbors so very quiet and private. Short drive to shops and restaurants. The views with fall foliage were stunning. 10 out of 10.

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We had so much fun on our vacation here! The beach area was a good size, enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Neighborhood was very quiet, courteous neighbors. The home was as beautiful as the photos show. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We enjoyed the wineries and villages. The trucks on 54 are pretty distracting. Lake view from 2nd level needs trees trimmed and windows cleaned. Overall a very good trip for our first vrbo.

This was a beautiful home that we loved staying at. It was off season so it was a little slow around the area but that was nice for our getaway. My boyfriend said he wants to own a house like this one day. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we had a great time!

We loved this place! It felt like a treehouse nestled on the hill. The layout was perfect for the 3 of us, we all had our own space and each level had a different feel. The lakefront was great, we had a fire and stargazed on the dock. A well-designed "tiny house", it felt very spacious for the size. A fair warning to anyone with mobility issues, there are many stairs to navigate- but it was good to get out hiking legs in shape. We absolutely would stay here again!

Tiny house

We can understand that the steep bank facing the water needs foliage to help prevent erosion. However, possibly some strategic trimming/ removal of some branches would enhance the scenic views. Many views seemed blocked by the trees. I would also wish to add how wonderful the place smelled when walking in each time. The smell of the wood was refreshing. I really appreciated how clean everything was as well.

Great Spot, modern, and clean

Very clean, very nice, very modern house. Right on the water with a picnic table, grill, and fire pit right on the beach. Very nice lake getaway for a couple. The house is very nice, but probably best for young/fit people because there are A LOT of stairs. Going from bedroom, to dining area, to sitting area, to beach and toting stuff like a cooler or some wood down to the water is a workout. Not a deal breaker, still very nice for the price, but you will definitely get your steps in! Great place to just chill by the lake and swim, or just a short trip to Hammondsport for some great food and fun.
