Our vacation rental in Lenox was ideally situated and a warm and inviting place to stay during the holidays. It was less than 5 minutes from the town center in a quiet neighborhood. Our family truly enjoyed our time there. Our only comments would be to increase the size of the dining table to comfortably seat 6 people, to match the capacity of the house. And perhaps add better club chairs in the living room. Otherwise, it suited our needs perfectly. The owners left clear instructions for using various aspects of the house, which we really appreciated. It was a relaxed easy vacation stay for our various family members - and cozy and warm during the snow storm too!

Wonderful girls weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was the perfect location for a girls weekend. The home is cozy and very well appointed. We enjoyed takeout from Frankie’s one night and dinner out a Zinc the next. We walked into town for bookstore, shopping and coffee. The location was great! We hope to come back!

This was the perfect location. We stayed for a family wedding in Lenox. We could walk to town. Great restaurants and shops. The house was lovely. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. Christian was able to rent us the house for an extra night at the last minute which we were very grateful for.

Perfect Lenox getaway

My husband and I , my son , daughter in law and 2 grandchildren Ages 3 and 1, stayed for a family weekend to attend a party. House was perfect, clean , well appointed and quiet dead end street. Walking distance to town and of course the toy store! Definitely recommend this property!

We arrived late, 9pm ish and the property was very dark, tough to see so perhaps a timed light might help there but otherwise it looked exactly as pictured. It was so warm and inviting. A couple of things we wondered might help other renters - there are no trash barrels except the kitchen which is fine but if a woman may want a more private place for her trash, she may not want to put that in the kitchen barrel (iykyk!). We made it work! Loved our time at your beautiful home and appreciate the time and effort you spent making it feel so warm and inviting!

What a wonderful inviting house

We recently had a death in the family which required us to visit the Lenox area. We stumbled upon this wonderful house and are beyond pleased about our choice. The location was perfect, it's just outside of downtown Lenox, great location. The property was spotless, well equipped and most of all very comfortable. We had a question and Christian responded quickly. When traveling to the area I would highly suggest you give this little gem a try.

This house was fantastic!

I booked this house for a girls weekend getaway with a group of friends with very high standards for atmosphere, cleanliness and comfort. This place did not disappoint! All the ladies loved it—phew! The neighborhood is beautiful. One of the pleasant surprises among many was the easy walk in to town on a well maintained sidewalk. We never used our cars the whole weekend.Christian was very helpful and responsive as well.

Returning to the Berkshires

The property was immaculate and wonderfully decorated Centrally located a skip and a jump to Lenox. Beautiful backyard (we saw a bear!) Host was very flexible— I made an error when reserving which he quickly resolved for me. The kitchen had all the tools you need. My only complaint was the beds. The mattresses on the second floor bedrooms were way too soft and the bedroom on the first floor was way too small

Thank you for the feedback. While this is personal preference and the very first time we heard a negative comment on the mattress comfort there would have been an easy solution to this if we were informed sooner. We would have advised the guests to take off the memory foam tops from those beds.

Fantastic stay near Tanglewood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It’s location is walkable to the quaint town to Lenox and its restaurants. We drove to nearby towns of Lee, Great Barrington and Stockbridge, all within a few minutes, to browse antique shops. The backyard is lush and green and at night the fireflies were amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.
