The host was very attentive. We had some issues with the hot tub and cleanliness but it was handled with no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The pool was great with A nice place to eat at located at the pool. Location was convenient. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Only negative is the hot tub never got hot. But other than that it was a really awesome stay.

Great place, great view

The place was way up the mountain making for an amazing view. It was cozy and decorated for Christmas. Only complaint was from friends staying in the downstairs bedroom saying when the heater kicked on it was a super noisy in their closet disturbing their sleep. I would stay again100%.

Awesome place!

My family and I loooove this place! Everything about this place was beautiful...the kids loved it! My teenager son loved it! We did not run into any trouble expect that the morning of departure all the lights went out and came back on and the alarm went off but that was easy to fix. If you want a quite getaway or family getaway I recommended this place. It’s the best way to make new memories!

Spectacular view

This cabin has a spectacular view. It is **way** up the mountain. Once you get up there you get the "look where I am" feeling. We saw 3 bears during our stay that were not a safety issue.. just walking by completely uninterested in us. Cabin was clean and we loved that our dog was welcome. There were plenty of canine visitors in adjacent cabins. Would stay there again.

Beautiful View

Overall a great stay, clean cabin, comfortable bedding. The ladder to the loft was different as the steps were staggered and far apart, but fine for teenagers. The only thing I think renters should know is that both bathrooms can only be accessed through the bedrooms, so no main guest bath. The kids loved the game room, adults loved the view!

Christmas stay

Pros: Cabin was beautiful, it was decorated for Christmas, plenty of linens, games and TVs for all. The cabin was exactly as pictured. Cons: Heater for the main floor couldn’t keep up with the cold temps. Toilets wouldn’t flush properly as if septic system was clogged / full.

Gorgeous view, very nice unit

View is breathtaking. Very nice unit kitchen, Living, dining area , guest bedroom and 2 bed loft on main floor, master bed and game room on lower level. Game room had very large tv, pool table, arcade games and other game room stuff. Hot tub on lower level balcony. Minor issues like broken blinds and frayed area rugs. The community club house with exercise room and pool is walking distance. Overall great vacation experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in the Smoky Mountains and were very disappointed in the location. The house was very nice, but was in a "development", right on the road. There was a good bit of automobile traffic and noise from folks coming and going during most of our stay. We were disappointed that the fireplace did not generate heat for the home, but was more for aesthetic value. The kitchen was not well-stocked. We may be spoiled from other Smoky Mountains, but this stay was less than we had hoped.

Beautiful but not clean

This house had an amazing view in the best area. It was right down the road from the pool! The only bad thing about this house was it was dirty. There was dog hair everywhere. All over the sheets, blankets, pillows, etc... The pullout downstairs was supposed to sleep two of our guests that we had and it did not because it wasnt even a bed. The springs were sticking out of it, making it uncomfortable so they slept on the ground. We called and asked if we could get a new matress and they told us that someone would come look at it, which they did, but did not take any action to bringing us a different matress. Other then the excessive amount of dog hair everywhere and the matress downstairs, it was decent!
