TV à écran plat intelligent, WIFI, et AC central. Grande, sous-sol fini avec une table de ping-pong. Lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse, draps et serviettes fournis, cuisine bien équipée. 5 min à pied de Wing Pond, zones naturelles et Sentier lumineux mer Bike qui est 10. 6 miles et se étend de North Falmouth à Woods Hole. 20 min vélo pour Chapoquoit Beach. Old Silver Beach est d'environ 2 miles avec un parking public.

For family, beach, biking and proximity to Falmouth, THIS IS THE PLACE. Great location. Excellent clean and spacious accommodations. We are now annual regulars.

Clean, quiet place in a nice area

We had our writing retreat here, a small group of people who like quiet and peace. It had a nice deck and was not a loud party area, so it fit the bill.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Host was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. It is close to the bike path but steep hills in between for young children. Beaches are a short drive away and families need a car to transport all the gear anyway. Beautiful and comfortable home.

Lovely Stay

Great Stay in North Falmouth

Fantastic stay in North Falmouth. House was as described. Great location close to the bike path. Ping pong table was a great source of entertainment. Lucia was an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions.

Great layout for family, well stocked and clean

We had a great stay! It was a perfect layout for a family of four with two young children + two grandparents. The house was perfectly cleaned and very well stocked. My kids loved playing in the wooded yard. It's also very well located near the beautiful Shining Sea Bikeway. Lucia was a very responsive and efficient host. One recommendation would be to add a desk somewhere.

Ideal House

This house is perfect for our family and friends as it is laid out to provide spaces that seem custom made to our vacation needs. The house is clean and more than well stocked. Lucia (owner) is fabulous - communication is easy - and she makes sure we are taken care of. The location is also perfect for our Cape vacation needs - close to Old Silver and direct access to the bike trail. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay

Our stay at Lucia’s place was fabulous. Very nice (and quiet) neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean. Each kid had their own bedroom. The location near the beach was convenient. Being practically on the bike path was great (and the one hill getting home was no big deal at all!). Lucia was the greatest host
.when a few minor issues arose she was available and quick to take care of them (from afar). We plan on returning next year.

Wooded getaway

Overall, we enjoyed the house as it was well suited for the six of us- our granddaughters, their parents and ourselves. Four bedrooms spread through the house was nice. Set in a residential neighborhood, it was quiet. The house was well equipped with good furniture and plenty of kitchen appliances, plates, utensils although some of the items could use refreshing. Owner was very accessible and responsive to questions.

Perfect!

Nice house... good size for family of 4. My teens loved the finished basement and the house feels bigger than it is. The house was clean and well kept, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. We all really liked that we could use the bikes in the garage! Owner was very nice / responsive. First time staying in Falmouth MA, the street was quite and peaceful and the bike path is located at the end of the street (we spent a whole day exploring Falmouth on bikes and it was the highlight of our stay). Short ride to pick up the ferry to M.V. and the Falmouth beaches. Overall the house was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to stay again! Steve and Ellen Anziano

Great experience in North Falmouth

Lucia's house was a wonderful location for our base at the Cape. It's close to the Shining Sea bike path and the Buzzards Bay beaches. Chapaquoit Beach was an easy bike ride, though parking wasn't a problem either at any beaches during the very hot week. The house was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked, and Lucia responsive to questions upon our arrival. It accommodated 5 adults easily, with space for those who needed to work remotely. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Biking up the hill from the rail trail did take practice, though.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host!

Lucia’s home is absolutely beautiful. When you walk in there is a cute little bedroom perfect for one person off to the left. The living room is warm and welcoming with a couch and loveseat that seats 5 adults comfortably. There is a 50 I’m h smart tv that gets basic channels. The TV has all the apps you need like Netflix and Hulu, but I just plugged in my Roku to available HDMI since my Roku was already signed in to my accounts. The kitchen is large and has everything you need if you decide to cook dinners, which we did. There was even a Kuerig with pods! The deck and grill was a favorite area of ours. We grilled some steaks and sat on the deck which had very comfy chairs. Down the hall is a half bathroom with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Two very large closets are great for storing luggage. There is a finished basement with a large sectional couch and a desk perfect if you need to do some work and want privacy. In a side room downstairs in the basement there is also a ping pong table. We didn’t really use the basement. We did all agree it would have been an ideal location to watch Sunday football, but there was no TV. The upstairs had two great bedrooms and a full bath. House was very clean and well stocked! The house itself is surrounded by rhododendrons and provides for a lot of privacy. It’s close to a great pond and cranberry bog. Also the bike trial is right down the road and the house had bikes to use. There are beaches that are within a short driving distance and lots of places to dine if you choose to. We got seafood from Falmouth fish market and brought it home delicious. Call breakfast sandwiches in from West Falmouth market down the street. They will be ready when you get their and it’s only a 5 min drive down the road. Lucia was responsive and courteous. Her home is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Even little things like extra pillows and blankets were thought of. Unfortunately my wife got in an accident and we had to cut out trip very short. Hopefully we will be able to return in the near future.

Great location and spacious

The property is in a great location and has plenty of space to hang out with friends after the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. The only issues were the towels and linens could be updated and the beds were a little uncomfortable. But overall we enjoyed our trip. The host was gracious and checked in regularly.

Wonderful!

Great place in every regard: 1) CLEAN HOUSE - when we opened the door, we immediately noticed a light scent of a professionally cleaned house; 2) COOL - the AC was on and working perfectly. It was a nice relief from the outdoor heat; 3) SHADED, yet NATURALLY WELL LIT - the house is located on a cul de sac, down a longish driveway, nestled in the shade among tall pine trees. Yet inside the feel is bright and airy, with lots of natural light due to high ceilings and sky lights; 4) CLEAN BEDDING / COMFORTABLE BEDS - I am typically squeamish using bedding at a rental but this place is different. The bedding was clean, comfortable and beautiful. It was nice to arrive into a fully prepared house, with beds already made :); 5) 4 BEDROOM / 2.5 BETH - I believe the house is advertised as a 3 bedroom but its actually a 4 bedroom with the cutest extra bedroom with one twin size bed that’s perfect for a child; 6) CONVENIENT LAYOUT - 1st floor master and another small bedroom on the first floor, 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor; the basement is nice too with natural light. My husband was working from there in total privacy - a nice bonus. 7) WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN and BATHROOMS - clean dishes etc in all sizes, trash bags, soap, tissues, you name it. The owner thought of everything. 8) PROXIMITY TO OLD SILVER BEACH - the house is NOT within walking distance to/from this beach. It’s 2.2 miles away, which is a 5 minute car ride. It was fine for us but just FYI. I was looking for this info when I used to read the reviews because proximity to old silver was of outmost importance to us, so I wanted to make sure I include this; 9) WING POND - the most picturesque pond and old cranberry bog is just a short walk from the house. It’s beautiful! 10) BIKE TRAIL - and just a little past the path to the pond, there is a bike trail :)

Falmouth week

We enjoyed our stay. No problems. Beautiful area near bike trail. Lucia responded quickly to any questions. Only issue was the design of the staircase, Two of the bedrooms were upstairs and we missed having a real banister to hold onto.

Wonderful stay on the cape while the rest of the country was under the influence of climate change induced heat wave. Perfect size house for our needs, nice to have the bikes to explore the tremendous local bike path, and Old Silver beach was perfect.

Spacious home for outdoor enthusiasts

This home, located in N. Falmouth, is well located for cyclists and walkers seeking a quiet well maintained neighborhood, privacy and easy access to local beaches. Its close proximity to the gorgeous Shining Sea bike trail and walking trails at a beautiful bog and pond make it an ideal getaway, especially during Covid-19 restrictions. Lucia was responsive and helpful, providing us with essential supplies for a worry-free vacation. She took particular care to maximize hygiene, safety and comfort.
