Our cozy vacation apartment is located in a charming vacation home built in the traditional Allgäu style. Situated in a wonderfully peaceful setting in the idyllic village of Akams near Immenstadt, you can look forward to fantastic panoramic views and pure relaxation with a special wellness touch. Your dog is also very welcome here and can enjoy the vacation to the fullest!

Your vacation apartment: The spacious apartment is comfortably furnished and, with direct access to the great outdoors, offers you an ideal retreat for relaxing days.

Living room: The cozy living area, featuring a comfortable seating area and a pull-out couch, invites you to unwind. A Smart/satellite TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. From here, you have direct access to your own terrace.

Bedroom & Bathroom: The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The large bathroom offers plenty of space for your daily routine, featuring a modern walk-in glass shower, sink, large mirror, and toilet.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette that includes, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop. A cozy dining set provides the perfect spot for shared meals.

Patio: Enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air on your own covered patio, which is furnished with a seating area and lounge chairs. Our fenced-in garden area is directly adjacent to it.

Garden & Outdoor Enjoyment: The outdoor area guarantees pure relaxation! On warm days, a 4.5-meter steel-walled pool in the garden provides a refreshing way to cool off. Make yourself comfortable on the lounge chairs, use the garden tables and chairs for an outdoor picnic, or wind down the evening with a relaxing barbecue on our on-site grill.

Wellness & Fitness: Relax in our sauna, use the small fitness area, or book a soothing massage.

Start Your Day Carefree: Get your morning off to a perfect start with our convenient bread roll service. An in-house beverage fridge is also available for your use.

E-Mobility: A wallbox is available in the carport for your electric car.
