Captain's Cove, Lakefront, 9 Bed / 8 Bath, Wet Slide Double Dock

Captain's Cove est nouvellement construit en 2014 avec la famille Ă  l'esprit.
Il y a 9 chambres spacieuses avec salles de bains attenantes. et une demi-baignoire au dernier et au dernier Ă©tage. Sortez par la porte-fenĂȘtre donnant sur le bord de l'eau, profitez du quai Ă  deux Ă©tages avec toboggan humide et une vue sur la crique du lac Norris. La crique est calme, il n'y a pas de vagues de la circulation du lac, super baignade pour tous les Ăąges.

Le dernier étage a une grande cuisine ouverte équipée de 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre à gaz, grand garde-manger, grand bar pouvant accueillir 7, comptoirs en granit, salle à manger et salon. Le salon a un foyer au gaz et une vue imprenable sur la crique avec un demi-bain pour tout le monde à utiliser. Il y a 2 chambres avec salles de bains attenantes, une avec un lit de repos et l'autre avec un coin salon.

L'étage intermédiaire a une laveuse / sécheuse centralisée et un salon. Les quatre chambres à cet étage ont des salles de bains attenantes. Une chambre a un lit king antique avec des armoires antiques et une vue sur la crique. Les trois autres chambres sont meublées avec des lits queen, 2 chambres ont un lit de repos supplémentaire et une un coin salon.

Le niveau inférieur a 3 chambres, une avec une baignoire attenante et les deux autres sont attachées avec une salle de bain Jack N Jill. Il y a un demi-bain à ce niveau pour tout le monde à utiliser. Cet étage a une machine à glaçons avec un accÚs facile au lac. La table de jeu de palets et le baby-foot seront un divertissement pour tous les ùges. Le bar a une machine à glaçons, un évier, un réfrigérateur et 4 tabourets de bar.

Sur le pont inférieur se trouve un bain à remous pour 8 personnes. Les marches mÚnent à un patio inférieur avec un foyer. Le quai à deux étages a un toboggan humide, une porte de saut et une cale de bateau couverte.

Captain's Cove possÚde de nombreux parkings situés dans Lakeside Estates. AccÚs facile, à 20 minutes de la I-75.

This lovely property was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the house was incredibly clean and nicely decorated. The owners of the house were quick to respond and easy to work with.

Extended Family Vacarion

Captains Cove was the perfect house for our family reunion! We had 5 families with 22 people total ranging in age from 70’s-7 months. We have stayed in multiple houses on Norris lake and this one by far has the best lake access, bedroom/bathroom setup and the arcade games were a bonus! Definitely plan to come back again!

The perfect Norris getaway!

Loved the location, view and dock! The house was perfect for our group of 6 families. The kids had a wonderful time at the dock. The water slide provided lots of entertainment. Covered porch was a great hangout spot as well. We will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing Place!

The cabin was amazing and very roomy! Enjoyed the communication with the owners - they were beyond helpful! They had a hair chair, two pack and plays. Plenty of kitchenware and kitchen space for multiple people and cooks! :)

Exactly as advertised and good for a larger group!

The property gave us plenty of room to “get away” and separate with a large group. Very well stocked kitchen and the double fridges and dishwashers were a huge plus. All ages had a blast. Only drawback was with little ones under 5 years old not having a flat place to play outside and away from the water.

Great Family Escape!

Our extended family had a wonderful time at Captains Cove! Kids young & old loved the game room, video games, and hot tub! The house is so spacious and well-stocked with everything you need. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, great outdoor space, and a pretty view even in the depths of winter. We hope to come back for a summer time visit to enjoy the lake too! The owners were so easy to work with and very responsive to questions and requests. Awesome experience all around!

Fantastic home

Loved the rooms and the house! Very well stocked kitchen with crock pots, waffle makers, toaster oven, 2 coffee makers including a K cup, and more. Be prepared to do some steps! 6 flights from main living area to the dock. We took my 83 year old mother with mobility issues and it was close to Sugar Hollow Marina where we could get her on and off the boat with no steps. Everyone enjoyed the time together!

So Much Fun!

We had a great time with our friends at Captain's Cove! There was so much to do on the property and we loved all of the water toys. The kitchen was nice and roomy and lots of people could help prepare our meals at the same time. The huge dining room table provided lots of room for everyone to sit together and play games or tell stories. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which provided for a peaceful retreat after a fun day on the lake. We were also close to the marinas if we didn't feel like cooking and wanted to go out. We can't wait to go back!

Captain's Cove

Very nice - only problem was a phone system where some one had switched the cables in the jacks, so we didn't have any land line, or internet for 3 days. We turned the AC up - the suggested temperature from the owners was too cool for all of us.

Our favorite Norris house yet!

This house was perfect for the 4 families we had together! We absolutely could have fit even more people. The location was beautiful- tucked in a little cove not far from The Jumping Bridge. It was close to our dock which we could easily see from the house (a huge plus for us). The house layout was great too - bedrooms for all the adults on the top and middle floors, while teens enjoyed hanging out and sleeping on the bottom level with all the games and extra TV. The dock was great - we loved the lake toys too! Worth the extra rental charge! Most of all, the owner was super helpful with any and all questions and went above and beyond for us! We will be back!!

Memories made

We had 14 adults and 12 kids, ages 17-5. We usually camp but this year went a different route and everyone had such a great time! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed plus more. I would suggest bringing baggies and Tupperware. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was great that every room had its own bathroom. The house was VERY clean, kudos to the cleaning crew. All ages enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and dock water slide. There is a rope swing into the lake just a paddle board ride away. We had some rain one day so the game room was perfect to keep the kids entertained. The cove was calm and clean. No one was ready to leave. We are already talking about going back next year We got to meet Abbie and Curtis during our stay and they were so friendly and nice.

Beautiful Views

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful setting along Norris Lake. Our cousins, kids, nieces and nephews and grandkids had a blast. I highly recommend getting the toy package as for our group (adult to child) enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The second deck water slide was a hit with young and old. Never had an opportunity to get in the hot tub but am told it was great. We spent the majority of our day outside enjoying the scenery. We managed to go hiking in Little Egypt TN and viewed some spectacular water falls. The hike is a little challenging but well worth the sweat. Our group of 24 were easily housed in this home. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or total chaos. It was wonderful for family time. Would definitely rent this home again. The owners, Curtis/Abbie were very, very responsive. They usually responded in less than an hour. Highly recommend this home

Excellent host, great family gathering rental

We had some weather related issues, but I cannot say enough about Jane’s prompt communication. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and in good shape during our stay. The house itself is well equipped for large groups. The cove is secluded and no wake, making it safe for kids to enjoy swimming, sliding off the dock, and the rope swing right across the cove. We had 3 boats and found the dock to be well accommodating. There are some stairs and 3 levels within the house itself, but very manageable for our crew (13 adults and 11 kids!!). The house comfortably and easily fit everyone. Town is not far, just a 15 minute drive to groceries and such. We had such a great time. Thank you, Jane!!

Wonderful for big family celebration

Our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at Captain's Cove. There were 29 of us, in 7 separate families from 6 different states, ranging in age from 18 months to over 70 years, and this house and parking area had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and very well supplied for our Thanksgiving preparations. The 3 refrigerators, large pantry, good sized bedrooms, 3 family rooms and 3 decks provided plenty of space for us to enjoy. The house was very clean with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Since we were there in November, we were not able to enjoy being in the lake, but we did enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit, as well as the shuffleboard and foosball. The owners were wonderful and helpful both before and during our stay, and very quick to respond to any question or need. Everyone agreed that it was the best vacation house for our family that we have ever stayed in. We hope to be able to come back again, and would highly recommend Captain's Cove for any large gathering.

Captains Cove has something for everyone of all ages. The cove is near multiple marinas and offers some of the best swimming on the lake. The 2 story dock is the center of attention during the day and at night the game room provides an atmosphere second to none. Captains Cove is located in prestigious Lakeside Estates, a gated community.

Captains Cove was designed for comfort from the moment you drive into the spacious private parking lot and you walk down to your 2 story dock. The cabin was designed to minimize the steps to the water. The Cabin is located near the jumping bridge so marina's and activities on the water minutes away. The fun never ends when the sun goes down at Captains Cove just check out the game room there is something to bring all ages together to make lasting memories. We have just added a new full-size arcade with 60 classic games.

Also renting a "Water toy" package which consists of 2 kayaks, 2 surf paddleboards, and a Lily pad.
