Magnifique condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain situé dans le quartier Kimball Junction de Park City. Tous les nouveaux meubles, cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, internet wi-fi, télévision par câble, balcon privé, grand dressing.

Les équipements de cet établissement incluent un parking couvert RÉSERVÉ, une piscine (la piscine est fermée pour Thanksgiving à Pâques), un bain à remous, une salle de musculation, des courts de tennis (en été uniquement), un terrain de volley-ball (en été uniquement) et des vestiaires / douches. Belle marche, jogging, piste cyclable commence à quelques pas du condo. Deux excellents terrains de golf publics à seulement quelques minutes en voiture - Parc municipal de City Park Golf.

Idéalement situé dans les trois domaines skiables les mieux notés. À seulement quatre miles des canyons et du parc olympique, à sept miles du Park City Resort et de la vieille ville, à neuf miles de Deer Valley et à environ 45 à 60 minutes en voiture de Snowbird, Alta, Snowbasin et Powder Mountain.

À quelques pas du centre commercial Tanger Outlet et du nouveau magnifique centre commercial extérieur Redstone avec huit salles de cinéma, Smith’s grocery (magasin ouvert 24h / 24), d'excellents restaurants à proximité.

Great location!

We were in the area for a ski jump camp, and location of this condo made it ideal for us. It is minutes away from the jumping hills, shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods, which made our whole trip easier. We would definitely try to stay here again on future trips!

Convenient location

Close enough to the action of PC and far enough away for some peace and quiet. We stayed here for 4 days while on a ski trip to PC and it was perfect.

Great value.

Great value - located a short drive from the ski areas in Park city, much better value than the area hotels. Has a covered car-port which is great in the winter. The owner interactions were terrific, fixed one small problem quickly. We were very satisfied.

Nice place to stay

Apartment was nice inside. Adequate stock of supplies. A little dated on the outside. Great location and easy access to everything.

Cozy, clean and in a great location!

My boyfriend and I came down to Park City for an impromptu get away. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was spotless, the instructions for everything from getting there to check out where perfectly clear and the location was terrific. We recommend it to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for Me

Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Easy access to bus, and includes covered parking. Wonderful to sit in front of the gas fireplace after a great day skiing or adventuring.

Wonderful 1 Bedroom Condo

This condo was perfect for my son and I while we were in town for a competition at the Olympic Park. The check in instructions were easy to follow and everything was as they said it should be. The condo was nice, well stocked with pantry items, clean and very comfortable. My son said that the pull-out couch was the best he has slept on!!! Check out instructions were just as easy as check in. We will definitely stay at this condo again if it is available.

Close to Canyons Village base area and free shuttles!

Quick, easy, and efficient way to enjoy your ski time at PCMR without overspending on ski in/out properties. You have a Walmart and tons of restaurants within a mile and it’s much less congested than being stuck towards main…the free shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away and runs ever 20/25 mins. Super simple. This place is a cheat code

Great Ski Trip base

Good location for commute to Park City Canyon base. This unit priced accurately- very functional but showing signs of deferred maintenance. (switches that did nothing at entry door and bedroom door, very poor seals on patio door and bedroom window, etc.).

Great Condo near Park City

We had a wonderful time at this one bedroom condo. It had all the items we needed to have a relaxing stay. All kitchen items were provided. The location was perfect. A bit away from the traffic in Park city which was nice and near a tubing park and the Olympic center. Enjoyed a visit to Antelope Island. Outlets and grocery stores nearby. We rented a car which was an excellent choice to travel around easily and visit all the sites. Skied at Deer Valley. Enjoyed the hot tub at the unit. Great time.

Short 3-day stay to acclimatize before PC skiing

Perfect for my objectives. Very quiet neighborhood, so I could catch up on some work. A little remote if no car, so used Uber Eats for meals. Drivers had some trouble finding the place. Connie, my hostess, had left me some provisions, which really helped. Millennium Trail nearby provides access to both nearby malls, about a mile round trip.
