Un héritage familial - Maison mystique historique du centre-ville de 1839

Cette maison unifamiliale historique fait partie de notre famille depuis plus de 100 ans. Vous serez à quelques pas de la riviÚre mystique, des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville. Il a été rajeuni et a reçu de la peinture fraßche, de nouveaux meubles et une décoration charmante.

La maison est située dans une rue calme à une minute à pied des meilleurs restaurants et attractions de la ville. Il est livré avec un nouveau lit queen, un canapé-lit queen, une laveuse, une sécheuse, un dressing, une salle de bain complÚte, une cuisine complÚte, un coin repas et une terrasse arriÚre avec une cour et un jardin. Les clients avec de jeunes enfants trouveront un pack-n-play, des jouets, des tasses, des assiettes et des ustensiles adaptés aux petites mains.

Notre maison est situĂ©e au coin de la rue du nouveau restaurant Engine Room, Anthony J's, et du pont-levis de Mystic River. La cĂ©lĂšbre Mystic Pizza est Ă  moins de 10 minutes Ă  pied de la maison avec de magnifiques boutiques de bibelots, des magasins de vĂȘtements, une aire de jeux et d'autres cafĂ©s / restaurants qui bordent le chemin.

Les invités seront invités à rester au premier étage. Le deuxiÚme étage est inoccupé mais interdit aux clients.

The location is close perfect for walking to town, with all its restaurants and shops and is less than a block from the water. It the best of 4 places we have rented in Mystic by far. When we return, we will definitely want to stay here.

We just stayed two nights but this was a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the Main Street in Mystic. I will stay here again.

The location of the house is excellent. It is in easy walking distance to downtown Mystic. The house has character in it that one would expect from a home of this age but has the modern convivences one needs. There is plenty of space in the house and having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The host was very responsive.

Super comfy well appointed house in central location. Parked the car and didn't touch it again for the whole stay. Super responsive host was a pleasure to communicate with.

The property was clean with all types of ammenities. It was close to everything in Mystic with street parking and its own little private driveway. It even had a washer and dryer and a beautiful deck to enjoy outside. Lynsey was very quick to answer my questions and I would definitely stay at her beautiful home again!!

Mystic Getaway

The historic property was as advertised and we'll equipped with a brand new deck and nice yard. The unit was updated and cozy which came in handy when some spotty showers swept through the area. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay her again.

Walk everywhere! We always enjoy just sitting by the river and watching the world go by. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't spend a lot of time in the house but it had everything we needed.

Great Mystic Base!

This property is in a perfect location to explore Mystic. Having a parking space, and being able to walk to most everything (shops, restaurants, the seaport museum), made the visit easy and enjoyable. The property was super clean and the host was very responsive. Good stay!

Great location

Host was responsive and the location was great. We really appreciated the attention paid to the details. Having kids Tupperware available and toys made the stay enjoyable for us and our 1.5 year old toddler. Would recommend the place to any couples with a young kiddo in tow. Furniture placement was great with no sharp corners that a kid can fall on. Would stay again.

Great place!!

Loved this place! The location is amazing. It was so nice being able to walk downtown and to restaurants without the hassle of trying to find parking in Mystic. The place was very clean. Our 1 year old was very comfortable here and so were we. Host was great. Good communication and very understanding when we were a little delayed with our check out. Would defintiely stay again!

Great stay in a great place

The apartment it’s very convenient to downtown, but in a very pretty and peaceful neighborhood. We found the house in perfect order, and very comfortable. There are all the basic kitchen necessities, although we ended up doing most of our cooking at daughter’s house in Noank. The owner provided clear directions and was always easy to reach. We had a great time and hope to return soon!

I live in eastern Connecticut with my husband Gregg and our two boys so we fully understand the need for a peaceful living space, especially on vacation! Heather and her husband, Troy, live in Arizona and Chris lives in Washington state.

We welcome families, couples needing a retreat or a small group of people looking for a getaway. Thank you for visiting!

This home has been passed down through several generations of our family. We grew up in the house and have many fond memories of riding our bikes around the neighborhood, visiting the Seaport and Aquarium, making forts in the dining room and spending family time together. It's our goal to provide you with a wonderful place to make your own memories!
