Belle maison de ville de Winter Park - centre-ville, superbes vues Mtn, bain à remous privé!

La maison de ville à 3 niveaux, de 1500 pieds carrés, a été construite en 2005 et récemment meublée et décorée en 2014.

3 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain privative. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau au niveau principal. Les suites principales de niveau supérieur ont un lit king size, un écran plat HD de 40 '(DVR câble Xfinity X1 avec chaîne premium et bouquet sportif) et une douche à vapeur! L'autre suite au niveau supérieur a un lit superposé complet (peut accueillir 4 enfants!). Le maître de niveau inférieur a un lit queen et un accès direct au bain à remous extérieur sur le patio arrière. La configuration totale de la chambre en rangée peut accueillir 6-8 adultes assez confortablement.

Le salon au niveau principal offre un foyer au gaz confortable, un écran plat de 40 'avec une télévision HD, une chaîne câblée premium Xfinity X1 et un ensemble sportif, un DVR et un DVD. La cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Asseyez-vous sur le pont avant ou arrière et profitez de la tranquillité des montagnes. Admirez la vue sur le Continental Divide depuis le bain à remous privé pour 6 personnes.

La maison de ville dispose d'un garage chauffé pour votre voiture, skis et / ou vélos. L'ensemble de la maison de ville est chauffé par une chaleur rayonnante écoénergétique qui garde les tapis et les planchers de tuiles d'ardoise bien au chaud! Chaque niveau a sa propre commande de thermostat.

Il y a une navette gratuite (Orange Line) qui vous amènera à la piste de ski pendant la journée ou vous ramènera vers et depuis les emplacements du centre-ville la nuit. Pour des besoins supplémentaires de remise en forme, le Frasier Valley Metro Rec Center est ouvert au public et est à moins d'un mile de distance (il propose des services de garde d'enfants, une piste de course à l'intérieur, une piste de natation, un toboggan, une rivière paresseuse, des poids libres, des machines, du cardio , studio de yoga, mur d'escalade, salle de fitness et terrain de basket).

En été, Wolf Park se trouve à quelques pas au nord du sentier et possède une aire de jeux, des pelouses, des terrains de beach-volley, de basket-ball et de tennis. Il y a un autre nouveau terrain de jeux et skate park sur la piste en ville où nous avons également des concerts de musique gratuits tout l'été! Winter Park propose du ski de classe mondiale (hiver) et du VTT (été).

Great Stay in Winter Park

Very nice property close to the ski are and town of Winter Park! Perfect family friendly, spacious and well appointed and kept home. Garage was an excellent thing to have and kids loved the hot tub! Would certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We had a great time at this property! Easy to take the shuttle to and from Winter Park resort for skiing, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Host was helpful and very responsive, would highly recommend this stay for a group of friends or family!!

Everything You Need for a Great Week of Skiing

Great property, extremely well appointed with everything you could need for a great week. Each bedroom having its own bathroom offers a mixed group plenty of privacy. The heated garage and hot tub are great amenities. This was our second year and we will be back again.

Exactly What We Needed

The size and location was just what our family of 6 needed to be close to our planned activities in Winter Park and Fraser. Everyone loved the hot tub and daily walks in the neighborhood, too.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great visit to Winterpark during spring break. The townhome was perfect for our visit. Everything was just as expected. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra bath on the main floor. We cooked breakfast and dinners and all our appliance and cooking needs were well met. Our kids and grandkids loved the hot tub. We definitely recommend this centrally located home.

Christmas ski vacation

Our family enjoyed a Family Christmas ski vacation in Winter Park. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to spread out, a bathroom in each bedroom and a kitchen that is stocked very well are just a few of the things that made our stay so enjoyable. The location to the resort and having the option to use the shuttle if we desired to were very helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy a Christmas we will remember forever.

Family ski trip

Are stay was great! It was easy to navigate to & from the Winter Park resort with the left busses. The house had everything we needed in the in kitchen & it was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom...our kid tends to take long baths so he could play. We would stay here again if we return to Winter Park!

Great Location in WP!

My family and I stayed in Tim's townhome for 3 nights and it was great! The location is walking distance to the main street in town (via a short trail), we made use of the nice park up the road, and access to the many trails nearby. If you didn't know about the train that runs through town, be aware of that. It didn't bother us much. Thanks!

This property is warm, friendly, and immaculate. It’s spacious and thoughtfully decorated. All four of us had just what we needed. It was great to have bathrooms of our own. And the hot tub was just the thing after a day of skiing. Information and instructions were thorough and well explained. And when we needed help, Tim was right there with answers immediately. Wonderful family owned property that is well loved.

Great Location to Enjoy Winter Park

My adult girls and I spent 4 days here in August 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, hot tub was perfect. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom--I loved the tile work! Our only "complaint" was that we would have loved to have been out on the 2 decks together, but there was not enough room as they were quite small and the hard chairs had no cushions. Obviously this is not an issue in the winter1 I would certainly recommend this condo to friends.

Back deck is 8' by 12' with a large grill, couch, coffee table and end table. Front deck is 4' by 12' with two bistro chairs and table. All deck furniture is rod iron bistro style to be as comfortable as possible while also standing up to mountain winters. Cushions were accidentally locked in the owner's closet by cleaning staff.

Everything you need for a great mountain vacation

What a wonderful townhome for a trip to Colorado! It was a perfect home base for trips to Rocky Mt National Park, Grand Lake, Steamboat Springs, Mt. Evans, and the summer activities at the ski hill. The home was beautiful--very well taken care of and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. The layout was great for our family of four. The teenagers had room to spread out and the kitchen, dining room and decks provided great gathering space. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a luxury! We loved the hotub. It was the perfect way to relax after long hikes, and a good spot to still be outside when it rained. Wolf Park is a short walk away and a lovely place to play tennis and volleyball, surrounded by beautiful views. The town of Winter Park has lots to offer for restaurants, bars and shops. Hideaway Park is fun for people watching and enjoying the outdoors. Tim was friendly, responsive to questions and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. We appreciate professional and welcoming owners like him! This was one of the best rental experiences we've had. Thank you!

Great Location! Beautiful clean well stocked home. Very cozy! Every room has its own bathroom. With a half bath off the kitchen. This place had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bonus after long days of skiing at WP. Host (Tim) made things easy. Communication was great.

We stayed/rented in this townhome complex many times over the years. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase a unit of our own.

We completely remodeled the townhome in 2014 to suit our desire to enjoy a gorgeous mountain home. Everything is brand new including the hot tub! We continually update our home to make it better and better.

The master upstairs has a HD TV with on-demand cable for when you just want to veg-out or watch a game. It also has a a steam shower! The master downstairs has private access to the hot tub. The mountain views from this unit are unobstructed and gorgeous!

The downtown location coupled with the free shuttle allows you to easily enjoy everything Winter Park has to offer. Whether you want to hit the mountain all day, work out at the Rec Ctr, see live music at Ullrs Tavern, shop downtown, or get a delicious meal at one of the many bars and restaurants.
